GoogleI cannot recommend Robsons highly enough. We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process. The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction. In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase. It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

GoogleJust sold our House in North Harrow using Robson's Pinner Office. Excellent service at every stage of the process by Nick Cenzio. Nick was attentive and very quick to deal with and resolve any issues that arose. GooglePlease avoid dealing with this agency . we rented a flat with them, there was a leaking from the above the property , we reported the issue , they did not even took the time to come and have a look into it . Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman
