GoogleI cannot recommend Robsons highly enough. We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process. The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction. In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process. The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase. It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

YellExtremely Stressful and Poor Service
We sold our home through Robsons Rickmansworth. Our instructed agent was Matthew Gooder. Clear and repeated instructions about how to market our property were not followed by Mr Gooder, with Robsons marketing strategy proving weak with poor communication and little follow-through. A SAR request against this office later revealed offers that were not forwarded, undisclosed buyer interest and a premature cessation of marketing efforts despite our instructions. Robsons were also involved in our onward purchase via another office. We later discovered Mr Gooder was central to a bitter dispute with that office at that exact time and there are cross-office financial incentives that were never disclosed to us. This dispute made the national press and it highlights toxic culture at Robsons: Search: “Nicholas Walker v Robsons Rickmansworth”. We would not recommend using them.

GoogleJust sold our House in North Harrow using Robson's Pinner Office. Excellent service at every stage of the process by Nick Cenzio. Nick was attentive and very quick to deal with and resolve any issues that arose. I would certainly recommend Nick to others and indeed he is now assisting my daughter with a property transaction of her own.
