GoogleWe are extremely pleased with the staff of the Chester le Street branch. We contacted the branch to request any information of a property of our choice coming onto the market which they did so and we have now moved into our a property we wished for. The staff worked hard to complete the purchase. Thank you.

GoogleJust had a market appraisal by Mark Robinson, he was on time, gave a fair valuation and followed up via an email. I highly recommend Robinsons, especially if looking to get your house valued ready to go on the market!
Great Mark made a good impression, he does try and the competition can sometimes play unfairly... Hopefully we can help when your ready to put the house up for sale.

GoogleRobinsons sold our mum's house last summer after she passed away. They were through, friendly and very informative on all aspects of the sale. Put up for sale in late June, sold and completed by mid October. Perfect, highly recommended.

GoogleI do not recommend Robinsons agency!!! they robbed us of money, they take a deposit and do not give it back, they do not inform about the recruitment process for renting a house. I'm still waiting for the deposit forever colleague on vacation no response by e-mail or phone.
Sorry Adriana you felt you needed to be so unpleasant with a review. As discussed, in line with the current rental laws you failed your referencing application as you mislead us with your credit history and bad credit, you also didn't reply to any communications made by us to you for over 2 weeks so sadly we couldn't allow the landlord to be without rent for any longer and had to remarket the property. As far as any robberies are concerned I'm afraid your very much mistaken, as you had mislead us and didn't communicate you lost your holding fee.
