Dear Grzegorz, I’m sorry to hear that you felt the need to escalate this matter to Google. As I have already explained in detail, all maintenance issues related to your property were addressed within 48 hours. While I fully understand your desire for quicker resolutions, please note that we are heavily dependent on external contractors, many of whom are currently experiencing high demand. Regarding the mould issue, several visits were made to your apartment, and on each occasion, we provided clear guidance to help mitigate the problem. Specifically, we advised you to ensure proper ventilation, maintain an indoor temperature around 18°C, and avoid drying wet clothes inside the property. Unfortunately, this advice appears to have been overlooked. Additionally, as previously clarified, we are required by law to inform you of any deductions from your deposit within 10 days of the end of your tenancy. Your tenancy officially ended on December 31, 2024, and therefore the 10-day period for informing you of any deductions will conclude at the end of business tomorrow, January 10, 2025.
