Brooke Ellis and the rest of the lettings team has provided a highly professional and efficient service in relation to all aspects of finalising the tenancy and moving in to the flat. I have been really impressed by their straightforward, can do approach which has made the whole process as stress free as it could ever be. Brooke has been a pleasure to deal with and she or the lettings manager, Jonathan Bennett, has addressed all issues and requests immediately.

Previously listed my rental property with another agent who had the listing for 2 months without success. Re listed with Robert Leach and rent was agreed in less than a week under same terms and conditions. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of market

Kerri Glassey makes all the difference for us when dealing with our house rental. Really feels like she is on our side and actively trying to chase thing up for us and trying to improve our living experience. It makes a big difference for tenants like us to have a reliable go to person like Kerri. We recently had a better shower system installed thanks to Kerri pushing for it having seen our situation and she was great at convincing the landlord. She is also great at getting back promptly and generally very nice to deal with. Thank you very much for your efforts Kerri! It is very much appreciated.

I personally can't thank Emma West enough for all the help she has given us in an unbelievably stressful move. She was always available on the phone and email, responding quickly on both, unlike the agent we were buying from. She helped us throughout through this very difficult time.

Emma West at Robert Leech is simply the best agent in town. She provided sound advice based on current market conditions, a realistic pricing strategy and a dogged approach rarely exhibited by other agents. Robert Leech has successfully sold 3 properties for me and I recommend them to anyone looking for results.

Robert Leech Reigate exceeded our expectations and managed the tricky sale of our house impeccably. Craig was on hand 24hours a day, even when on his family holiday to offer advice and keep us in the loop with what our buyers wanted and how the sale was progressing. Even when there was no news he was in constant communication so we knew exactly where we were at every stage. Craig was professional, approachable and knowledgeable throughout and we would have no hesitation in asking him to help with any property related needs we may have in the future.

Emma and her team excelled once again in both the constant advice, support and reassurance given, but also with her patience with both ourselves and with the complexity of the chain. She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Emma and Robert Leech are a wining team and a team that you will want on acting for you, sale or purchase Highly recommend ! (Again !) 100% commitment and quality of Service.....Always !

Honestly could not have been a better service. Firstly, Robert Leech successfully brought about the sale (with multiple offers) in a totally stagnant market, and then managed to guide the sale through to a precise & tight timeline. Efficient, honest, reliable and so communicative, chasing solicitors on my behalf when needed - an absolute pleasure vs other agents!
