GoogleWe recently experienced disappointingly poor customer service from Robert Leech’s Lingfield Branch. This was not what we were expecting from this reputable company at all. Having resisted their attempts to market the property at a much lower price because of Right Move’s search criteria, an offer for the full asking price was received within days of the property going on the market, in spite of poor quality photography and uninspiring marketing copy. For someone who had not sold for many years there was no guidance on next steps and very poor communication throughout, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. When we did hear from them, the focus was always on the buyer despite us being the customer. Whilst we hope others have a better experience, based on ours, we would not recommend this Branch.

Both Christine and Carol were very professional and great to work with particularly in overcoming some of the issues around our sale that held things up somewhat. We will definitely use them again if and when we decide to move. James was also very helpful when he was required to assist.

GoogleThe service provided by Robert Leech, as property buyers, was excellent throughout. From the point of contact, through to the presentation and subsequent viewing of the property, including the process of providing offers together with an outline of the overall conveyancing process and timescale, was professionally and expertly explained, planned and implemented. The process of arranging and accompanying viewings, as part of the purchase process, through to the contract completion of the property, was handled with due care and diligence to us as buyers, to ensure that there was continuity of communication with all parties including the solicitors for both parties. The service provided by the team at Robert Leech, Lingfield, specifically Christine Taylor as lead negotiator along with her wider colleagues, ensured that the purchasing process went as smoothly as possible and any queries raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently right through until completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Leech to other potential buyers; or sellers, and would use their services again in the event that we would need to either purchase or sell another property.

GoogleMy fiancee Samneet and I recently purchased a property at Oxted. Chrissie from the sales team did a fantastic job to expedite this and ensured a smooth completion before any stamp duty changes. Meanwhile the rental contract of the current property was about to expire, and there was a slight delay in completion, which left me in panic. Chrissie came up with a brilliant solution and redirected me to their letting team. Jonathan and Amy from the lettings team did a fantastic arrangement to help me renting within just 2 days, the quickest time around I have ever seen for renting. This saved me financially and relieved me from mental stress. Samneet and I are grateful to both the sales and lettings teams, particularly Chrissie, Jonathan and Amy for their continuous support throughout the process.
