Kelly was an absolute superstar throughout the whole sale of our property. We had a turbulant time at the beginning but Kelly stayed postive and professional throughout. When we had our buyer secured and found the property of our dreams Kelly went above and beyond for us, to make sure everything aligned and went smoothly. It was certainly not the most straightforward of chains and we had a lot of last minute chaos but Kelly was fantastic throughout and we cannot thank her enough for her tireless support, postivity, experience and professionalism throughout. We recently sold our house through Robert Leech Lingfield and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the outset, James Rowell came to value our home and we instantly knew this was the estate agent for us. He was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. The team then organised brilliant photography and created a fantastic listing which really showed our home at its best. James and Carol conducted the viewings and we were delighted to receive offers within the first week. From there, Wendy Gould took over managing the sale, and this is where Robert Leech truly proved to be a class above. The chain encountered several obstacles, but Wendy was absolutely vital in holding everything together. Without her dedication and persistence, I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through.
