GoogleRobert Leech in Reigate were brilliant from start to finish. Great advice about pricing the property and when to put on the market, lovely photographer who took great photos, notifications whenever a viewing was made, feedback after viewings, negotiating on our behalf with the interested buyer, kept us informed about progress with surveyors, mortgages, contracts etc, acted as go-between for questions...plus more. Very happy. Special thanks to Emma and also Jordan.

GoogleWe rented a property that was managed by Sally at Robert Leach Reigate for 3 years and we cannot fault the service that was provided.
Issues were swiftly dealt with by trusted and competent tradesmen and requests to make cosmetic changes to the property were always granted.
When we chose to to leave they could not have been more accommodating to work around our timelines, even when they were dragging on, and our full deposit was returned with no quiblling despite 3 years of potentially contentious wear and tear.
Sally herself was always friendly, quick to respond and efficient in getting issues dealt with. I would have no hesitation in renting from her again.

GoogleWe have been using Sally at Robert Leech now for few months after a few years with another agent. I can honestly say I couldn't fault the service we have had so far. The whole process of switching over, finding tenants and getting the property prepared was smooth and efficient. Sally is very personable but professional, and knows the market really well, so you are assured that she can offer the best advice for you as a landlord.

FacebookRobert Leech Lettings have worked with me for around three years on an apartment I purchased for rental. During that time I have enjoyed 100% occupancy. They carry out regular inspections for damage, maintenance etc.,all reported in depth and with photographs. They have been punctual for all meetings. Their admin. including billing is detailed and timely. And perhaps best of all, they're a delight to work with. Thank you ladies at Robert Leech lettings.

FacebookWouldn't go anywhere else. I speak from having dealings with Robert Leech in Oxted my whole life. From recommending me my current mortgage advisor to buying through them. I'm currently letting out my central Oxted flat for rent through them as I've moved into London for a short while to experience the London life. Every-time I'm back in Oxted I always pop my head in to say hello. (Not just to see the dog) because it's nice to just catch up and see how things are in the market. Really lovely people, great feeling as soon as you enter the office. Also I find all the advertising to be very modern yet keeping style. Can't recommend them enough.

FacebookI'd recommend this Agent - not at all pushy and really good to deal with. We dealt primarily with Petula who was great - always called; always updated; but when she wasn't there the rest of the office could always help. They made the purchase of our new home go successfully and were very kind, helpful and efficient

FacebookWe recently completed our house sale and purchase relatively easily, despite having a chain with over 8 houses. It was made deceptively simple and hassle free by Emma and the team at Reigate Robert Leech. Emma's calm exterior was always maintained even when we knew things were getting fraught. She helped to keep things in perspective and get everyone over the line in one piece. Would we use Robert Leech again? DEFINITELY! Thank you so much!
