Andy Wilkins could always be relied upon to give accurate and honest information, and was able to successfully see us through to the end of a transaction that ran into more than its fair share of complications with other parties! Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleAndy at Robert Leech was key in getting our property purchase over the line. He was always courteous, proactive and informative and managed the chain above and below when blockers occurred. He went over and above any agent we encountered on our property search, our viewings of our new property were handled with professionalism, they had a strong grasp of all property details and were flexible with our viewing times and days. Robert Leech, I suspect are a dying breed of estate agent in that they are so few and far between nowadays, you simply to do not get this level of professionalism anymore. I would fully recommend Robert Leech and Andy to support your property sale 100%.

GoogleMy initial interaction was with Paul and Mark, both of whom I found to be very professional. I had the (mis)fortune of listing my new-build houses immediately following the Brexit referendum. Five agents (two national, three local) and a general election later, I decided to list jointly with Robert Leech (and a national agent). Their energy was positive and they provided productive strategies to help sell the two properties. After a buyer was found and a deal agreed, they acted as a calming voice to get the transaction completed. Michelle shone in this regard, constantly keeping both myself and the purchaser fully informed and nudging the professionals to getting everything done. I can highly recommend using Robert Leech as agents, both as a seller and buyer.

GoogleOnly good things to say! We mainly spoke to Michelle, who was always extremely helpful and went out of her way to meet at the property we were purchasing. We never felt rushed when viewing the property and Michelle even gave us some great ideas on how to layout our furniture. We are very happy in our new home and would recommend Robert Leech to others.
