It is difficult to describe in a few words just how professionally Robert Leech guided us through a purchase process, which - for no fault of theirs or ours - had numerous obstacles. Though we were buyers, they offered wise advice and patient support at every turn, dedicating hours to problem solving, way beyond what one might have expected. Kelly and Andy, we are immensely grateful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The whole team at Robert Leech were incredible through our recent house sale which was far from perfect. Despite COVID & our first buyer pulling out late in the process they kept us informed, managed difficult solicitors and offerred support way beyond what was expected throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Chrissie who was simply amazing throughout the entire process, super responsive (even on her days off!) and went above and beyond more times than I can remember! Thank you Chrissie and the rest of the team!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am delighted to re-iterate the feedback provided by previous reviewers. The experience of selling my property through Robert Leech has been just fantastic. I marketed my cottage through their Oxted office and from the very first conversation through to final completion, they have been professional, responsive, efficient, courteous and lots more. My special thanks to Alex and to Andy their branch manager. A pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Lisa from lettings has done an excellent job in letting our house, managing maintenance issues and dealing with all of the the unexpected issues which can arise for landlords and tenants. We do not live very close to the house which we let out, so it has been particularly helpful to have Lisa helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Her advice has been pragmatic and reasonable throughout. Thank you Lisa.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Sally was a great help initially with helping us identify tenants quickly and by advising us of useful and reliable tradesmen. We were then supported through the rest of the process by Lisa who was absolutely wonderful. She was always available and exuded warmth with thorough professionalism. She made the trials of a sometimes tortuous journey disappear. I would certainly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Having seen the success of Robert Leech’s sales in our road, we decided to put our house on jointly (in addition to an East Grinstead agent who'd had the house for 8 weeks, working hard for us, but with no selling success at that stage), with them. I was extremely impressed by Mark who knows the area and market exceptionally well. He was completely upfront and honest with us from the start, even though it may not always have been what we wanted to hear! We took his valued, superb professional advice and then met the fantastic Michelle, who immediately familiarised herself with our house, preparing herself for their accompanied viewings and together they made/make an outstanding team! Following just a few viewings, 4 weeks later we accepted an offer from someone ‘proceedable’, meaning we were able to secure the house we so wanted and we exchanged contracts last week. Getting to that point wasn’t straightforward by any means, but Michelle was constantly positive, hugely encouraging, always cheerful, highly efficient and was precisely the calming influence I so needed, keeping my stress levels as low as they could be! She continually 'went the extra mile', always kept 'one step ahead' of issues and her communication was second to none (and that was with the whole chain), nothing was too much trouble for her, she worked tirelessly and remained proactive throughout the whole proceedings. I’ve had MANY moves over 40 years and ‘hand on heart’, I can truly say they've provided a 'refreshing' experience of the house buying process and that without a doubt, she and Mark are THE best estate agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. We can’t thank you enough, you both are such an asset to the company and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Robert Leech, Lingfield to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We are first time buyers with very little experience and understanding of the house buying process. Combined with a purchase that produced certain challenges and difficulties we felt that the staff at Robert leech aided in a smooth transaction, helping us and mediating on our behalf where necessary. Without this valuable input we would have been very lost indeed. We felt their approach to be highly professional and equally as efficient. Would definitely recommend in the future.
