GoogleEmma West was a joy as our Robert Leech agent. She was the agent who sold us the property (nine years ago) and when she was put back on to sell it for us, we knew we were in safe hands. She is the antithesis of the archetypal agent and for us, that's a good thing. She took the time to get to know us, really understood our motives for moving and the work we'd done on our home in the intervening period. That meant she was able to represent us well. Her communication was excellent, we always felt in the loop and we knew that she was working hard for us. Her candour and advice was first class.

I was mostly dealing with Emma West in the Reigate office, and I cannot fault her professionalism and responsiveness to the needs of the sale process. She was always available on the phone to guide us through the process. From initial valuation, all the way through the process up until completion the team were brilliant and we were always kept very well informed and up to date.
