GoogleI've rented 8 properties and never had any problems with estate agents until now. They are so rude and unhelpful, have such a bad attitude & very slow in getting things fixed. They are also very unprofessional, we had a bill sent to us via email asking for payment for a council tax bill that was before our moving in date and it also had all of our landlords details on it and when I replied to tell them that we wasn't in the property on those dates we had no response. Today I can't get over the rudeness from them. Here's an example- our gates haven't worked for nearly 9 weeks and when asked when they will be fixed the reply was- it's not asif you can't get out isit. I hate calling them and always come off of the call with my blood boiling! 9months later the gates still aren't fixed. We've also not been able to use our master bedroom shower for nearly 6months now as it has no hot water.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a house that Kelly at Robert Leech found for us. We have received fantastic, professional service throughout. The opportunity simply would not have happened without Kelly's proactivity and follow up. One week after we registered at the office in Oxted, Kelly called us with an offer to view a house, and that the owner wanted to avoid large numbers of viewings. Thank you to Alex who showed us around on the weekend at short notice. From then onwards Kelly took care of everything, was very responsive to emails and phonecalls, and always friendly and clear in her communication, giving helpful advice. Thank you to the whole team for seeing us get over the line for exchange within a tight timeframe. We have been very happy with the service.

GoogleCraig was exceptional. Normally developers don’t accept an offer in a brand new property until your existing home is at offer stage. Craig understood our situation and was able to speak to the developer and come to an agreement where an offer was accepted. He also was flexible and constructed a competitive offer on fees which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

GoogleIt’s amazing what can be done when you put your mind to it. And I’m not talking about me. I’m talking about Kerri Glassey who works at Robert Leech Estate Agents What an absolute superstar. She has been the most fantastic, supportive and communicating person in a nightmare after a tree fell onto my house. Yesterday was full on non stop madness full of landlords, tree surgeons, roofers, hotels and a very good dog Jimmy. Kerri has been sorting everything for me, kept in touch at every stage and been utterly lovely and supportive. We don’t shout out people who do a good job enough. So here’s to Kerri. Thank you x

He gave us brilliant suggestions such as relocating the utility, really considering the kind of home we would like to build there. GoogleHad the pleasure of using Robert Leech to find our latest rental. They're a small chain which I think made the whole experience more personal. We had a few minor teething issues when moving in, however as our let is fully managed, Robert Leech also deals with the property management. They have so far been effecient and effective in addressing the issues. I would have no problem recommending these guys.

GoogleI recently came across Robert Leech Estate Agents on Rightmove. They had an amazing 1 bed advertised in the lower Addiscombe area. Myself and my wife requested a viewing of the property. Brooke the property advisor got in touch and arranged a viewing. From start to finish, she was very professional, made us feel valued, always respond to our every enquiries. When she's not able to respond to my emails her colleague Jonathan would get back with an update. I would recommend this Estate Agent 100 and 1%. GoogleI rented a property where Robert Leech were the managing agent. I had a terrible experience with a very slow turn around on requests for this to be fixed after I moved in . Then at the end of the tenancy they took ages to respond to my request to return the deposit. My understanding of deposit protection scheme rules is that they have 14 days but is now over a month and they are only now starting to engage with me when I threatened legal action.
