GoogleI would definitely recommend using Robert Leech Lingfield when buying or selling a property. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Mark Floyd who I have had to seek advice from on more than one occasion has always been very helpful and efficient.

GoogleWe have interacted with Mark and his team for some time and we have appreciated the efforts in pushing through hurdles to ensure timely execution of sale. A very welcoming and supportive team always ready to take a call and quick in follow-up.

GoogleMy experience with Robert Leech Lingfield went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. I lost both my parents within 8 months of each other and I had no idea what to do or where to start. I had a mentally Ill brother who at times refused to believe they were dead and 4 properties 2 of which had tenants in to sell. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them especially Mark and Jordon. They worked closely with the solicitor and bit by bit made my living nightmare bearable and at the same time dealt with all the confused phone calls from my brother and supported me. I will never forget their professionalism and compassion and thank them and their team from the bottom of my heart. Kindest regards Dee Saunders

GoogleCarol was exceptionally helpful at all stages of the process. She was also great as acting as a proactive go-between for us and the vendor, as well as the management company. I'd definitely recommend using Robert Leech and Carol specifically for any property matters.

GoogleThe team at Lingfield office were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Paul Dixon is well aware of the sometimes frustrating path that selling a property takes and was always quick to overcome any obstacles and ensure as smooth a progression as possible to a successful sale. Fully recommended!

GoogleCarol has been absolutely wonderful. Being first time buyers, we had little understanding of the process and Carol has been very patient, helpful and always very pleasant to talk to. I wish everyone who is buying for the first time would have such a supportive and professional agent to work with. She made a difficult and scary journey very comfortable and smooth. Thank you for all your help Carol!

GoogleCarol and her colleagues at Robert Leech Lingfield were really helpful and patient as we secured our house purchase this year! Carol must have shown us round at least a dozen houses alone! The whole process was made that much smoother thanks to the team’s professionalism.

GoogleRobert leech dealt with the sale of our house and were extremely helpful in the process. We dealt with Mark, Carol and Jordan on different occasions. All were helpful and friendly throughout! We were pleased with our final sale price and thought they gave a fair valuation.

GoogleMark Floyd is exactly the type of estate agent you need when it comes to selling a house. Calm and considerate. House sold after first view. Not having sold a house in a long time Mark was extremely helpful and gave me all the advice needed to get the house sold. In fact everyone I spoke with at RL was great. I highly recommend Mark and Robert Leech in general.

GoogleGreat experience buying through the Private Estates Team at the Lingfield office. Paul Dixon was very well informed about the property, supportive through the whole process, and helped keep things going through some difficult times with our chain. We are very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him.

GoogleRobert Leech Lingfield were fantastic to buy from. The service was A1 and nothing at all was too much trouble for them. Really nice people in this branch. Christine was lovely when accomodating viewings but in particular, Carol who was doing the leg work on the sale/purchase was absolutely brilliant. Thank you to you all.
