GoogleWe can't recommend River Homes highly enough for their extremely professional yet personal approach to everything they do. So far both Phillip and Annabel have been a pleasure to talk to and have provided us with some well needed piece of mind by taking on the management of our property. From the beginning Annabel has been a life saver and I can't believe how we managed without the professional can do attitude that the team at River Homes offer.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Sue at Riverhomes... she helped us find the perfect flat for our growing little family. Sue was attuned to our needs, and wasn't pushy or aggressive as I've found some agents at other agencies tend to be. Finding the right flat (especially with little ones in tow) can be stressful, but Sue was very patient and made our search, as well as the transition into our new home, as smooth and pleasant as possible.

GoogleCaroline and Ines worked extremely hard on our rental which was a little more complicated than usual due to the Landlord living in Italy. Their professional approach and friendly manner made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend.

GoogleHaving found few properties on internet we contacted riverhomes and within hours received a reply from Caroline. At a very short notice she has provided all the informations and booked a few viewings for the next day. We had explained our requirements and budget and she suggested a flat which fitted this and one we have subsequently acquired. Caroline has throughout the whole process provided valuable support in terms of practical and legal procedures and actively engaged herself in a speedy conclusion of our purchase. Once we had moved in she offered and provided further help with yet more practical matters, such as utilities connections, storage arrangements, service anad maintenance advice and suchlike. Overall great service end-to-end, which considering our busy work and travel schedule was extremely helpful and appreciated. Many thanks, George

GoogleSabrine from River Homes was exceptionally helpful in finding the ideal house for my family. Previously, we went through numerous top ranking firms in London to find a house in central London (Mayfair) and were unable in finding a suitable house. Sabrine showed us 2 houses and within a day we zeroed in on the one we eventually moved into. She is brilliant.

GoogleRiverhomes has been managing my property (to let) for a long time now, but I strongly recommend this company, having used another agent nearby. South West Office (Putney) staff has been so great, Nicola is very pleasant to deal with, always very helpful with professional advise. Their Property Management Team is also very good, especially Annabel - who is a real professional - she understands both tenant and landlord, and only gives honest but very precise and helpful advise at all times. I absolutely adore her service. Also dealt with other members of Riverhomes, but they are all very good. My 100% Full marks for Riverhomes.

GoogleWas looking for a rental in London and looked at several apartments. Sue Day from River homes was great. She showed me a couple of properties, one of which had come on the market the previous day. At the end of the day I wanted to revisit one of the shortlisted properties and Sue came back late in the afternoon to show it to me again. She has been really pro active in all her dealings with respect to follow up calls/emails/queries. Brilliant follow through. Would definitely work with her again!

GoogleAn experienced agent sold the service and was promptly replaced by a much less experienced agent. Disappointing but not that surprising. Eventually they delivered a buyer after much longer than confidently asserted up front and significantly below asking. Again, disappointing but not that surprising. Then when the buyer fell away after exchange but before completion, they demanded their full fee despite the fact I only received the 10% deposit. No negotiation. No recognition that this was poor result for their client. Just smug reliance on weasel words in an ambiguous contract. They fulfilled all the worst pre conceptions of estate agents. Avoid like the plague.
