GoogleFantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. Phillip in particular went above and beyond to firstly secure the sale and then make it a great experience for both us as sellers and the buyers. Would highly recommend selling with these guys if you have a house near the river!

They were always highly professional, swift in their responses and compassionate with my requirements. Annabel, Sara and Sue were all particularly helpful and super easy to communicate with. She was professional, accommodating and thoroughly lovely to deal with. She worked with great tenacity and patience to bring together a deal which we, and I'm sure her client, couldn't see a resolve at the beginning of negotiations. If you are considering selling a property or boat, I couldn't recommend Caroline and the team at Riverhomes more!

GoogleI had a delightful experience with Riverhomes (South West London office ). My flatmate and I saw a new flat come online that we really likes, I called the office the next day and my call got handled with the highest urgency (because I was under some pressure to find a place) Caroline was able to make time and show me the place that same day. From there on the service only improved, Caroline was very clear in explaining the process, her communication with the Landlord was great and also the communication back to me. we managed to secure the place the next morning. Thanks to Ines hard work the reference check got carried out really quickly too. I have not come across such a profession letting agency who make it an absolute breeze to work with. They are 100% understand their clients priorities and can cater towards them. After seeing the flat Thursday we managed to see the flat again on Friday and moved in on Monday. the follow up process from Caroline was as good as the securing process. over all an amazing experience in something that was a stressful time for me. Cannot give Riverhomes a high enough recommendation.
