GoogleWe had an excellent experience buying through Riverhomes and Francis Stickney. Their detailed knowledge of the immediate environment and river properties is clearly driven by passion. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent. They were extremely helpful, approachable and intelligent. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleI used river homes to sell my houseboat and mooring in battersea. The team were excellent. Responsive, good advice and sales strategy - and knowledgable about surveys and the whole sales process. I felt they managed prospective buyers really well in terms of promptly responding to queries and keeping me informed. Communication excellent throughout and post offer to completion - really good at contacting lawyers and keeping the process moving forward. Thanks riverhomes I would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold a Chiswick property through RiverHomes and were very impressed & pleased with the service provided by Sue and her colleagues and the outcome they helped us achieve. Sue has a great deal of knowledge and experience of selling properties in this area, throughout was very helpful & client focussed, and added a lot of value. For anyone wanting to sell a property in the Grove Park/Strand on the Green and surrounding areas I would strongly recommend RiverHomes as the go to firm to engage.

GoogleI recently let a property through RiverHomes Chiswick and from the initial process till moving day, Beth, Sara and Sue did their utterly best so everything went smoothly, with their professionalism and friendliness. The whole Chiswick office team were superb with me at all times! The property I found with them is bright, spacious, and impeccably well-kept. Strand-on-the- Green is an amazing location, just a few steps from the river Thames. Additionally, for the first time, we found a landlord which happily accepted our two beloved cats; so my son and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend RiverHomes to anyone whose seeking high standard property specialists, which are absolutely committed to providing first class customer service. RiverHomes exceeded my expectations. Lastly, I recommend too, that before committing yourselves to any high street agencies, please do get in touch and register with them first, because you could be another very happy customer like we are now. GoogleWe have just moved in to a new lovely flat rented out by River Homes and couldn’t be happier. They really care: Caroline handled the whole initial process with extreme efficiency and professionalism, but also was always available to answer questions and collect additional information from landlord or previous tenants for us. Ines, who then took over for the final stages, was also extremely nice and helpful, making the process stress free in spite of the pandemic. And then Annabel, who oversees the management of the property, and who is thoughtful, proactive, always available and genuinely looking after the tenants. We were honestly surprise about the level of care and attention all of them invest, and we highly recommend renting with them as it really does make the difference.

Sue helped us to find a suitable buyer after limited success with another agent and I think the knowledge and understanding of the particular area we were based was a key factor. GoogleI have been both a tenant and a home buyer though riverhomes and highly recommend. Most recently purchasing our first home in the UK. Our agent, Tamir Gotfried, was extremely helpful, reliable and was always would answer any question we had. Along with Tamir, Phillip Cannon has also been on hand to answer any questions and work with the seller and seller’s solicitor to keep the process moving smoothly.

GoogleI have dealt with Riverhomes over a period of 3 years and found the entire team nothing but professional, helpful and understanding. When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in. This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory. When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.

GoogleAs a Landlord I have been with Riverhomes for over 15 years. They have always been very knowledgeable and effective. They have always found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently I have no hesitation in recommending the team. I recently rented my flat out through the Chiswick office and was very impressed with all the people working via office Sue, Beth, Phil, Sara and Annabel. After a long tenancy, the flat required some work and totally redecorating. The property management team and specifically Annabel did an excellent job coordinated the whole works from quote’s to overseeing the actual work. They have access to good quality contractors whom did an excellent job and resulted in a much improved the flat. I highly recommend Riverhomes as a quality estate agents

We had a very protracted house buying process due to Covid, but Tamir constantly kept us updated, showed us our dream home and kept us engaged for nearly a year, finally securing the sale for us a couple of months back.
