GoogleHaving found few properties on internet we contacted riverhomes and within hours received a reply from Caroline. At a very short notice she has provided all the informations and booked a few viewings for the next day. We had explained our requirements and budget and she suggested a flat which fitted this and one we have subsequently acquired. Caroline has throughout the whole process provided valuable support in terms of practical and legal procedures and actively engaged herself in a speedy conclusion of our purchase. Once we had moved in she offered and provided further help with yet more practical matters, such as utilities connections, storage arrangements, service anad maintenance advice and suchlike. Overall great service end-to-end, which considering our busy work and travel schedule was extremely helpful and appreciated.

When the landlady made exorbitant claims with regard to the move out clean, which were not mentioned in the contract and threatened not to release the deposit, both Keljade Holmes and Annabel Siong intervened and negotiated until she let go the full deposit. I am very grateful to both of them.
