GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleBought my house though balgores Hayes and then sold it 6years later though them with Joe Hayes being my port of call. It was a long process but not balgores fault and was always on the phone chasing people and keeping me up to date. Always rate them when people ask about estate agents. Thanks Joe and team.

FacebookRichard James were brilliant throughout the process, from listing our property and marketing it beautifully, to showing potential buyers round and to finally exchanging and completing. We had a few hold ups due to poor service from estate agents lower in the chain and Chris and the others really supported us well and did all the could to get us moving! Thanks guys!

FacebookWe recently moved house within Rushden, 4 people in the chain and with the help of everyone at Richard James we were able to get our house listed / agree a sale / exchange / complete within 4 months! From beginning to end they have been professional yet friendly, helping to explain the entire process (we had only ever bought before and never sold), and quality images and brochures really helped our house stand out from the rest. Even when the chain slowed up Richard and the team helped move things along, assisting with solicitor liaison and we achieved an 11-week sale-to-completion timeline. Genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough, and every team member makes the process of moving house that bit more manageable. Thanks guys and girls! ���

FacebookHaving been recommended to use Richard James from several sources I was not disappointed. From my initial visit to the Wellingborough Shop to the final conclusion of the sale I felt that the service that I received was both friendly and efficient. The managed to sell my property in approximately 18 hours. I cannot praise both the company and the individuals that dealt with this sale highly enough and I would recommended them to anyone. FacebookWe have recently completed our move with 9 people in our chain! We put our house up for sale with the Wellingborough branch and had several viewings straight away, we sold it in approx 3 weeks, brilliant response in letting us know the views on the prospective buyers. We found our new home through them too (Irthlingborough branch), both branches were very helpful ... Chris, Hazel, Rachel, Tom (sorry if I haven't mentioned you) they kept us informed all the way through the long chain to let us know where we were and at what point we was at. The whole process was trouble free and we are now happily settled in our new home. Would highly recommend Richard James.... Brilliant service

FacebookI've just sold a house through Richard James in Wellingborough. From the moment they walked through the door to completion, they were outstanding and provided everything you need from an Agent - regular contact, good advice, friendly staff and a lot of viewings! I would highly recommend Richard James - a very professional team and definitely not like the stereotypical Estate Agent! In particular, Richard, one of the Directors, was always on hand from the initial valuation right through to giving me advice on how to deal with the solicitors upon completion. Top job and fully appreciated.

FacebookWe've recently purchased a house through Richard James Estate Agents and cannot recommend this agents enough. Chris has been ever so helpful in explaining things to us, sometimes two or three times! We had a particularly bad solicitor who had to be chased for everything and Chris was the person who did this for us as we had no clue on what was needed. I definitely agree with the previous reviews, Chris went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Richard James!

FacebookHave recently sold my house through the Rushden branch - I really doubt that the chain would have stayed intact without the dedication and professionalism of Richard and his team. At times emotion got the better of me and I was quite rude but every time the staff remained calm and understanding.

He went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me informed of any changes as soon as he knew any regarding the purchase. The day of the move was extremely stressful due to complications and he made several calls on my behalf to help ensure we got in that day which was starting to look very unlikely.
