GoogleEstate Agents are a necessary evil, but Richard James are certainly not that. Great service from getting the house on the market, the sale process and going above and beyond to sort out issues with the exchange and completion. Both Mike and Ollie are personable and straight talking. They know what your house is worth and don't over inflate so much so that we got the asking price. Absolutely would recommend and in fact encourage you from our experience to use them. Thanks again all at Richard James Irthlingborough.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Richard James, Mike and Ollie did a sterling job, marketing the property and getting buyers through the door. The admin team kept everything going ensuring we were kept updated and when the sale was confirmed, Ollie did a fabulous job of not letting it falter right up until completion day. Thank you to both of them. We would not hesitate to recommend this estate agency.

GoogleWe had initially bought our house from Richard James 14 years ago, after looking for a home that would accommodate our dogs. We were persuaded to go with two other estate agents for selling it, we knew we should have gone back to Richard James who sold it within a couple of weeks. They are so professional and have been amazing. If you want a professional service when selling your home, don’t go anywhere else like we did at first, go with Richard James like we did, who could of sold our house much earlier if we had gone to them first.

GoogleRichard James dealt with the sale of my Mothers property after she had passed away. GooglePut house in market with Richard James only, Ollie came round, explained everything to us. Brilliant photos taken of the house, marketed very well. House went on market on a Thurs and sold on the Tuesday, couldn't have been happier. The sale process did take longer than expected but that was not the fault of Richard James. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend Richard James.
