FacebookWe had a fantastic experience selling our home via the Rushden branch. Unlike a lot of the other local agents there’s always someone available to help as they are open every day and they work longer hours than most, this meant not only were the team very accessible to us but to our potential buyers also. Everyone was very supportive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly that dealt with us. We moved to RJ when our previous agent couldn’t get our sale over the line, once we sold with Richard and his team we were completed and moved in 6 weeks. We highly recommend RJ and would without a doubt use them again in the future.

GoogleFirst Class! Richard James Wellingborough are a fantastic team. I was so relieved that the house I recently chose to purchase was one of theirs! The team are first class, friendly, honest, efficient and completely professional. I have purchased with them in the past, also a couple of years ago we found ourselves as power of attorneys for a relative that needed to sell and move into residential care, RJ sensitively guided us through the sale, they ensured it was a very smooth process at an upsetting time for us. This time round I'm buying on my own and RJ have been there for me every step of the way. I wouldn't choose any other agent. Thank You.??

FacebookHad a great experience with Richard james, sold on first viewing within a day or so. Though out the process april was amazing helping with any bump in the road we had quickly and was on the ball chasing things not once did I have to give anyone a nudge. She explained every procedure but most importantly kept me calm. I was impressed with Richard James throughout the whole process but April deserves a medal lol. Thank you all for the help!
