Right from the start and the finish of my property sale Neil Armstrong and his team took me through all that they could offer me and all they could do for me. They did not dissapiont, fresh photos done new write up, and on the market straight away, within the frist week of being advertised a number of viewings had been set up.
Within weeks an offer had be made and a sale agreed.

We have moved several times over the last 25 years and this is the first time that we haven't had to chase up the estate agent for information. They kept us fully informed at all times during the sale and they even kept the respective solicitors on their toes.
The photographs were brilliant and the wording was extremely well thought through. They worked late on the Friday and were able to get our home onto Rightmove by 10pm that evening. By 10am the following morning they had arranged four viewings for that day and the house was sold by lunchtime.
Was it just luck or as Tina would say, "Better than all the rest"? Well, I'm an extremely hard taskmaster and I can assure you that the team at Regency are extremely professional and I'm sure that they would treat all of their customers with the same level of dedication.
