GoogleExactly what you would like an estate agency to be like! Helpful, understanding and incredibly efficient - I would highly recommend Neil and his team who sensitively handled the sale of my late mother's property in Northam. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleNeil and his team worked hard to get our property SOLD! Very dedicated, always informative at every step of the way. Always optimistic and on the ball. We have known and dealt with Neil, in different capacities, for nearly 20 years. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Regency Estate Agents. Well done!

GoogleWhat can I say other than WOW-what a breath of fresh air! From the moment I telephoned to book a valuation Regency Estate Agents have been everything we could have hoped for - and more. Courteous, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly reliable, Lee was there every step of the way making the whole experience stress free and, dare I say, even enjoyable! Great communication and always returned calls or answered questions promptly and kept us informed and up to date regularly. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Neil, who is the owner of Regency, and his small yet brilliant team, worked tirelessly for us. From lengthy discussions, designing the brochure, gathering information, photographing our home, showing our home to prospective buyers and all the way through the sale to moving, we have been included every step of the way they have made our experience with them incredibly positive and we have complete faith trust in them.

Google🏘Very friendly service. The guys here have been running a successful business in Bideford for many years now and are very knowledgeable about the area. Since their relocation to the bottom of bridgeland street a few years ago they seem to have gone from strength to strength. A very nice spacious office without being pretentious. A pleasure to do business with.

GoogleWe did not use Regency for the sale of our house but wish we had! From the dealings we had with them in regards to our purchase, the customer service was fantastic, highly recommend. Thank you Lee + Team. Mr + Mrs Persson

GoogleWe bought through Regency when we didn't know the area. We let properties in the Midlands & have got fed up with bad agents, so we're naturally suspect about Regency! I have to say though that Regency were spot on throughout, they did what agents should do - negotiate the pricing & chase things through. Neil has a young proactive team who all seem to be on the ball, they always have time for their customers & make you feel relaxed. Top marks Neil & team, keep it up. Peter & Heather
