Excellence dedication and friendly staff

Its been a long journey with many ups and downs but if it had not been for reeds and rains in salford and the kind staff we couldnt have completed this sale. The manager Ben and his staff members, especially Nick Bleasdale, did and excellent job to sell our property. They both showed determination, excellent commitment, and professionalism though out the 2-3 years marketing our property. This agent is only interested in making money for the minimum of effort Once an offer is accepted they are not interested in offering any sort of service The lack of communication and poor incompetent service from this company directly contributed to the loss of the sale of our property The attitude when were were unable to exchange ,complete and vacate our property with a few days notice was aggressive,unrealistic,,unhelpful and wholly unnecerssary A complaint was made under TPO process , no surprise they failed to respond The only thing this agent does well is to support the appalling reputation of estate agents

Excellent service

We have just completed the sale of my parents home through this office. Rachel and her team were helpful professional and went above and beyond what we expected from an estate agent.
