GoogleFrom the moment we were in contact with Reeds Rains their Team have been absolutely fantastic. We have managed to rent a property with them and throughout the process Layla and Jane have been amazing. Layla especially Keeping us informed of everything happening and have been so understanding with all the questions and worries I had. They were kind and thoughtful with the whole process and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommended π

GoogleI booked a valuation of my property with Reeds Rains. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, and the process of booking a valuation was extremely easy and straight forward. My valuation was carried out by Jacob. From first meeting him, he immediately put me at ease. He made me feel relaxed, which isn't an easy thing to achieve welcoming a stranger, especially an estate agent into your home! He was polite, warm and professional. I would recommend Reeds Rains to carry out a valuation of your property, and would definitely use their service in the future for any valuations.

GoogleWasn't interested in renting to me due to having more invested staff in buying selling properties than renting out, yes they let me view a flat, no body called me to finalise the tenancy after they said they wud call, I kept calling they kept saying the same thing some1 will ve in touch no body got in touch and I wasted money coming on train to view it that's 20quid gone aswell

GoogleI did my research as to which estate agents to use as I had heard lots of horror stories, Reeds rains was one of the top rated with really good reviews so we went with them to sell our house. My husband and I had been in our house for almost 25 years so were very new to dealing with estate agents. We are so pleased that we went with Reeds rains in Rotherham and would highly recommend them to everyone. Nicola was absolutely brilliant as were the other girls in the office. Nicola gave us regular updates during the marketing and selling process and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and to offer reassurrance. If we ever needed an estate agents in future we would go straight with Reeds rains. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Nicola and crew!

GoogleThe Team is very helpful in finding me a tenant, but they were rushing the tenant on viewing I have been told. Secondly team hasnβt notified me earlier if there is any cleaning required. This could be the reason it has taken a lot longer to find the tenant which is just over a month. I will recommend Reed Rains in Rotherham to everyone they are very friendly & helpful team.

GoogleThey will leave you high and dry when problems arise. When my tenant fell into rent arrears, Reeds Rains offered little to no assistance and effectively left me to deal with the issue myself. Communication was extremely frustrating, calls and emails often went unanswered unless I constantly chased them. As a landlord, you expect proactive management, not silence when things go wrong. Very disappointing experience.

We would like to clarify that throughout the tenancy we provided ongoing support and guidance, including advice on rent arrears actions and the options available to you at each stage. While we appreciate this may not have led to the outcome you hoped for, we did not withdraw support or leave the matter unmanaged. We also note that rent protection insurance was offered at the outset of the tenancy but was not taken up. Unfortunately, without this cover in place, our ability to recover unpaid rent or pursue legal action on your behalf is limited. We regret that you felt communication did not meet expectations and take this feedback seriously, as proactive communication is something we strive to deliver. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we would welcome the opportunity to do so directly.

GoogleI sold my property with Reeds Rains earlier this year, marketing in February and completing shortly after in May. Nicola was so helpful and professional throughout, had my property valued, photographed and marketed very promptly, raising great attention online which meant I was able to accept an offer just one week after going on the market. Meanwhile, the alternative agent I was also advertising with, hadnβt even put the property on the market yet. I wouldnβt hesitate to use Reeds Rains again in future, 5 star service throughout the whole process. Thank you again Nicola!

GoogleNot recommend them at all. Terrible at communicating updates and promptly chasing/updating everyone when there is a chain involved, which is what they are supposed to do. I had to do a lot of it myself and chase them multiple times before receiving updates before they got the memo to do it themselves proactively and improve. Their unprofessionalism also affected completion and how info was communicated throughout the chain.

GoogleCouldnβt of asked for anyone betterβ¦ Couldnβt of asked for anyone better then Abbie and Lorraine at Rotherham office from start to finish I have been in touch with them maybe every day in a week to get a update I completed my transfer over to one of their properties in a week From meeting Abbie on last Saturday at the property to look around I had a gut feeling I found my new home I told her my house was up for sale and didnβt want to pay other months rent and her and Lorraine made sure I didnβt have to by making sure I had my keys today (following Saturday) Would highly recommend this company Thank you so much ladyβs

GoogleAbsolute a joke. Apply for house 12 Days ago .Agency very quickly ask for holding deposit. Then went through references and quarantor. 12 days after still no keys. Asking for holding deposit back they refused to pay back and house was available to rent for anyone at all times. Why taking holding deposit of someone and advertise like is available.
Michal unfortunately as you failed our referencing process, we are unable to help you further. When you first applied you are asked a number of questions to ensure you would pass our referencing criteria. These questions are asked before the viewing and then at point of applying. You were then sent a Holding Deposit offer form where you have to answer these questions again before paying the holding deposit. On all three occasions you did not disclose information to us. Despite this, we offered you the opportunity to provide a suitable guarantor and we ran through this criteria with you also. The guarantor was unable to provide the information needed to confirm his income and therefore he also failed referencing. As you were unable to secure another guarantor we were unable to give you the keys. All our properties are advertised as available until the referencing process is complete so we can take interested parties only should referencing fail. We tried to make this work for 12 days for you. The landlord could have accepted someone else in this time and not be losing out on rent, so we feel we have done everything we can to assist you.

GoogleI bought my first house from Reeds Rains Rotherham and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They were extremely helpful and kind, guiding me through the process and having very quick response times. Jenna Unwin was my main contact and she was fantastic - very responsive, both on the phone and email, she knew what she was talking about every time I had a question and was just a lovely person who was a pleasure to speak to. I wish I could buy all my future houses from her! Since I've bought the house, both Jenna and Becky (Cryan - the lettings agent) have been very kind and helpful with getting the house set up to rent it out. GoogleJust started a fully managed service with them as a landlord, all communication with Becky has been prompt and professional, she has been a great help in getting everything set up very swiftly so my new tenants could move in the week after they had viewed the house.
