GoogleThe service from Abi & Lorraine was absolutely unbelievable. They went to further lengths than they ever needed to and got the ball rolling for me to move in as quickly as they could, knowing I needed to be homed quickly being 26 weeks pregnant and having a young child. I'll never be able to express how thankful I am for having them throughout the process.

GoogleMy main contact was Jenna Unwin, and Jenna and the whole team were extremely professional in their approach and communicated very well indeed. We found the personal touch in being able to speak to Jenna and the team to resolve issues, far more effective than dealing with other agents automated/computerised based approach. GoogleAs a 1st time buyer I guess it was obvious for me to be a bit nervous, in fact I was very anxious, however Jenna and her team were extremely professional, friendly and patiently explained to me about the process and kept me updated at all stages of the purchase. Also, Ian (mortgage adviser) helped me secure a very good mortgage deal and looked after all the paper work, basically I din't have to worry at all. GoogleReally impressed with the service I received from Reeds Rains. Nicky came round to value my property and I was instantly inspired with confidence that my property would be sold. Jenna then took care of selling my property and found a buyer almost straight away. I always believe communication is at the heart of customer service and Jenna excelled! I was kept informed every step of the way and although I never met my buyer, Jenna was quick to pass messages back and forth.

GoogleHaving had two other Estate Agents view my property, I knew instantly that I wanted to proceed with Reeds Rains. The fees were competitive, the marketing was excellent and the sale price was realistic for my property. From the moment I contacted the agent I was greeted by Jenna who I instantly found friendly and helpful. Jenna dealt with my sale of my property from start to finish and is a credit to Reeds Rains. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Jenna kept me up to date with the process at some points I felt like I was stalking her. However she still remained upbeat and professional. The house sold within 7 days (above asking price) and completed within 8 weeks. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains.

GoogleWorst agency to use for landlords. Do not deliver what you believe you have signed up for. Never follow up with rent arrears .I as a landlord have done all the chasing with tenants and the agency. Definitely poor communication and they do not accept accountability for their errors they pass the blame on to yourself . What makes it worse they proceed to put all my case concerns with dates on Google review. No regard for client confidentiality or data protection.

GoogleI've been letting a property since September 14th, 2023. My lease is due to expire on September 13th, 2024. I have been trying to get a response as to whether my lease can be continued. I contacted the lettings team on July 15th which lead to a request for further information which was provided on July 17th. July 29th, still no response to contacted the office only to be advised the person dealing with it was on AL until August 1st but someone would make the agent aware and to contact me. August 15th I still had no response to emailed yet again. We are now on August 23rd and still nobody has had the courtesy to email me back with an update. Frustrating but typical attitude of the attitude of the branch for the last 12 months.
Hi Andrew, I am sorry for the slow response to you regarding your renewal. Due to the number of renewals that get processed it can take up to 2 months for this to be actioned and this should have been explained to you initially so I apologise for that. Your renewal was more complicated due to changing from paying rent in advance to paying monthly and the holiday season also added to the delay for you. Your renewal was however, put in place for 12th September as planned. We do take your comments on board as to how we can improve on our customer service for you to ensure you are better informed moving forward. GoogleThe sale of our property turned out to be extremely time consuming and complicated, due to problems caused by our buyers'representatives.The team at Reeds Rains Rotherham, especially Jenna, were marvellous. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They pro-actively chased problems to get them resolved and kept us constantly updated. Our whole experience with the entire team was first class, and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly to anyone looking to sell a house.

GoogleWe purchased through Reeds Rains and the staff were helpful and friendly at every step of the way. In particular, Jenna was always available to help us and provide updates in a polite and professional manner. We didn't use Reeds Rains solicitors, but went with another company. However, their estate agents were great. If we ever go through purchasing a property again I'd be happy to use Reeds Rains Rotherham a second time.

GoogleI have very recently purchased my first home with Reeds Rains in Rotherham. Jenna helped me through the process from the beginning and nothing was ever a problem for her (even when I did ring her up multiple times a day). She always remained professional and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Jenna in particular, although I’m sure other staff are just as nice.
