Selling your childhood home is a difficult and emotional journey. An estate agent you can trust is essential and I can't recommend the Hazel Grove branch of Reeds Rains highly enough. Dean put me at ease from our first meeting when he came to value the property and this has continued throughout the sale process. He and his team have been polite, friendly, conscientious and professional. They've handled the marketing, EPC certificate, viewings, negotiations and survey without any fuss. They've kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process as painless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you Dean and team.

The Reeds Rains staff in Rhyl branch are generally very good, especially Katie, who is extremely committed, professional and helpful. As a Landlord however, I cannot say the same of the centralised maintenance division of Reeds Rains and I would not recommend nor use them again myself. Hence my reason for not awarding 5 stars to Reeds Rains in general.

Reeds Rains at Chapel House. We recently bought a house and these people were unfortunately the acting agent. The vendor wasn't happy with them and neither were we. What a rip -off. Talk about giving the industry a bad name. Charged us £60 to carry out an I.D. check when we were stood in their office with our official documents. No, we can't take a copy, you have to pay a fee and use our app!! So we paid under duress as we wanted the property. The app simply asked us to upload the documents. As if that made any difference as opposed to them photocopying or scanning them themselves. During the next six to eight weeks of the process, we never had one single phone call from them giving us any update. When we rang them close to completing on the purchase we were told they would ring us. They didn't!! I have dealt with other agents as an investor and for private purchases. These people are pathetic and a disgrace to the industry. Don't touch them with a bargepole. Useless!!

Great estate agents. Customer Service was fab. Leah and Tom were both very helpful and kept me up to date and chased solicitors etc. On the day of completion there was an issue with the funds being released and it was late in the day when we got the keys but Tom arranged for them to be dropped off as soon as funds had cleared. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I move again.

The team at reeds rain Rhyl were honest and upfront from the outset, always friendly and approachable. Tom and Leah were always on hand to answer our questions and they were always willing to go the extra mile to help. They made the process of buying a house in a completely new area much easier, which is far more than I can say for our own, over priced solicitors! Well done Reeds Rains Rhyl!

The staff at reeds rains Gosforth couldn't have made our renting experience any easier. From the viewing all the way up until us moving into the property they have been helpful in anyway they could, even down to recommending companies to help us move with us not being from the area. Carol at the Ashton under lyne branch is lazy and rude. Couldn't really be bothered when viewing a house and was looking at me like I'm poor when I actually purchased outright with no mortgage. When I called the branch to put an offer on a house she took my offer then never called me back. I chased and she rudely laughed at me down the phone saying I wasn't in a position to purchase said house (how would she know this?) so I withdrew and bought another with home estate agents.
