GooglePhil initially came out and was very professional and very easy to talk to. We had a lot of questions as we have not moved in over 20 years and all questions were answered.Karis was a super star from the beginning to the very end and helped us with everything nothing was too much trouble. She was very professional and worked tirelessly to sort out all that needed doing. Landlords Beware!Steer clear of this letting agency in Liverpool. There has been a steady decline in service and leadership at this company over the past 10 years. Expect to never receive a call back or an answer to emails unless it’s to re-market the property. The standard of tenant searching has progressively reduced, culminating in the previous tenants smoking within the property and leaving the furnished property in such a state as to require a complete refurb including fixtures and fittings. The rental has steadily decreased over the years, but expenditure on the same issues are reoccurring on a regular basis. Reed Rains do not manage the property, they merely take the rent. I am struggling to find any positives for this Company, just don’t make the same mistake I did and stay with them when in all reality, I should have left them 5 years ago when the standards and leadership at the Company rapidly declined.
