From the initial telephone contact, to our successful viewing, we have been very happy with the service we received from both Karis, and Rhys at Reeds Rains Bedworth Office, which continued throughout the sales process, they were more than happy to answer any of our many questions or queries regarding our purchase. Unfortunately, literally three or four days before our mutually agreed, by all parties, completion date, we discovered that one of the solicitors was not on the ball, and the completion date looked unachievable, but Karis and Rhys rose to the challenge and helped us cope with the stress, whilst also going above and beyond to coordinate between all the legal teams, to ensure that we were able to complete, and move on the agreed date. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use this fantastic local Estate agency, who relish the personal contact between themselves and their clients, especially over the increase in faceless internet based agencies that seem to be popping up everywhere, face to face is much more reassuring than emailing. A big thankyou to Karis and Rhys, keep doing exactly what you do, so well.

First Time Buyers. From the start, Karis and Rhys were very helpful, honest and reliable. Karis is very knowledgeable in her field of work, and Rhys is very prompt in his replies. I would definitely recommend either buy or selling your home with Reeds Reins as they are local and know the area(s) very well! Thank you so much!

They were both amazing from start to finish, friendly, professional, and always there when I needed advice or reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for everything they did. Strongly recommend.

Oct2025 - Simply Top Notch! Karis, Rhys & Sarah are clearly leading the way in the local area - through showing the competition how conveyancing 'should be done'! Great communication throughout our buying journey, including clarity on facts in those crucial moments. Professional, well-organised, courteous and smartly dressed. Whether you're contemplating renting, letting, selling or buying I highly recommend you do so through Reeds Rains Bedworth! Feb2024 - First class service from Sarah and Rhys throughout! I was very impressed by their high standards of communication; replies to questions were timely, and concise, plus they had a wealth of helpful knowledge on the local area. Both Sarah and Rhys went the extra mile to welcome us to the area, I could tell they both care about doing a great job, it really made a difference! Keep up the fabulous work and thank you both!

Admittedly a limited experience, consisting of arranging a viewing only as we decided not to progress out interest in the property. That said, I found Claudia to be very professional, and really liked the fact the landlord and lady attended the viewing. Would definitely use again.
