Having found myself renting for a few years with other Estate Agents i found a house that suited me perfectly and moved in as soon as possible, From the Onset the Staff at Reeds Rains were nothing short of Spot on and nothing was too much trouble, Looking after the house as if it was my own came naturally and my periodic inspections were soon extended without any trouble. i have dealt with a number of Estate Agents Previously and i can honestly say Reeds Rains Bedworth are simply the best, courteous professional and above all very helpful, my only regret is i wish i had found them earlier. keep up the fantastic work and i wish you all the success - not that you need it, Best Regards Mark C

We received a professional service from Reeds Rains. We dealt with Jake Bhopal, who gave us a realistic valuation and he marketed our house so well that it sold within 48 hours! We were kept informed every step of the way. The after sale communication was brilliant too! A job well done!

Having struggled to sell our property with another agent, we moved to Reeds Rains following a very positive meeting with Jake (Branch Manager). Jake and his team have a very positive outlook to the market place, and have proved to be extremely pro-active with regards to finding a buyer. We have seen a significant increase in viewing throughput in a short amount of time, which has resulted in securing a buyer in just 3 weeks. The level of communication from both Jake and Lee has been excellent, and have both been available for consultation when required. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

The service I received from Emily Parkes was efficient and extremely helpful. She made herself available when I needed her, and was always warm and welcoming. She completed our process of moving into our rental property with ease - thank you.

We dealt primarily with Jake Forster and Nik Kyriacou at Reeds Rains in Kenilworth. We found them to be professional, courteous, efficient, and always willing to help. Valuations are realistic. We sold our 'old' house quickly and found our 'new' house only because we were with Reeds Rains. We always received feedback from viewings and offers were checked for viability.

Highly Pro-Active Agent! We dealt with Jake Forster throughout the sale of our property. He made the process of selling our house as painless as it could be. He was great; we were given feedback on all viewings we had the next day along with an update on how things were going. We found him extremely knowledgeable and very much up-to-date on the market in general and I must say, negotiated on our behalf superbly. The way Jake as a Sales Negotiator conducted himself in each and every aspect of the move for us, was professional and faultless. We would happily recommend Jake Forster and Reeds Rains Kenilworth to anyone looking to Sell or or even Let their property (as we shall be soon).

I have just completed my house purchase after a very long struggle regarding a land issue. Throughout this whole process, Jake in house sales at Reeds Rains has been really helpful and his calm, pragmatic manner has helped resolve issues that could have taken even longer and has meant that the final outcome has been very successful. Thanks so much Jake - you have been a real pleasure to deal with as have all the staff at Reeds Rains.
