GoogleReed Rains were professional, friendly, and so helpful from the beginning to end of our process. ( Which was looong. ) From our initial evaluation, through to the help, advice and sanity brought by Karis and Sarah, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Many thanks to everybody!

GoogleKaris Griffiths at the Bedworth branch was absolutely instrumental in getting our difficult purchase completed. Nothing was too much trouble for her, super friendly and genuine even after a million phone calls and emails, and kept her promises to call back as soon as she had any updates or information. Karis kept us sane and is an absolute credit to Reeds Rains. Super grateful thank you, the Cunninghams x

GoogleThese guys have been brilliant from start to finish. We've sold two properties with them in the last year and they've made the process really easy, especially with our buy to let property when we had a couple of sales fall through- they took it all in their stride. Thanks to the tirelessly chasing from Karis and Sarah, we finally completed today. I cannot recommend this team enough!

GoogleThe level of service we have received from Reeds Rains Bedworth has been exceptionally good, both in the support received in enabling us to sell our property and that given in our subsequent purchase. I cannot rate them highly enough. All of the staff team are extremely friendly and conduct their business professionally and with confidence.

GoogleKaris has been excellent throughout my house purchase. At times I had some difficulties and Karis was always first to want to help, even when it was something not related to the estate agents. She gave me a top class service and I wish her all the best for the future. :)

GoogleWe recently purchased our forever home and used reeds rains mortgage advice. Big thanks specifically to Karis for all her help to achieve what felt like the impossible at times. Her efforts kept the sale progressing and got it past the posts. Couldn't praise enough. Many thanks from all the Green family

GoogleKaris, Sarah and the rest of the team were brilliant during the sale of our house, very communicative and friendly. We were very unlucky as we had 2 purchases fall through on us but they were very helpful finding plenty of properties for us when we were back on the search. Excellent and personable service as well as being upfront about fees with no hidden extra costs.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Reeds Rains and have nothing but good things to say about them. They were not the cheapest of the agents we saw but we were impressed by their local knowledge and in the end we found them to be good value for money. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process, responding to enquiries quickly and even chasing on our behalf. I will use them again should I need to sell a property and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleI recently bought a house through Reed Rains and am more than happy with the service. I dealt primarily with Karis who dealt with any queries whether via phone, email or in person quickly and efficiently. Would happily recommend Reed Rains to anyone in the area looking to buy a house.

GoogleSarah and Karis were both very helpful and efficient, doing everything they could to meet our challenging 4-6 week turnaround from sale to completion. We’re now in our new home so a huge thanks to them and to Reeds Rain for a great service.

GoogleI would highly recommend Reeds Rains Bedworth. Andrew who did the valuation was relaxed and friendly and about as far away from a pushy estate agent as you could get, what's more his company and the team really did live up to his promises. Matthew, who did the viewing is a lovely friendly guy who I'm sure is able to quickly build up a rapport with just about anyone. Sarah, who I spoke to on a few occasions was always helpful. But without doubt Karis, who chased up on every query, gave the feedback on every viewing and is generally efficiency personified is absolutely fantastic. They have been worth every penny of their fee!
