GoogleA great experience from the start. Karis was incredibly helpful in chasing feedback from potential buyers in the pre offer phase to providing weekly updates in the post offer phase which was challenging, bearing in mind we had a 5 house chain. The back up provided by Sarah during Kasis's holiday period is also very worth of note. I would personally use again and would recommend without reservation

GoogleI had a really positive experience working with Sarah as my letting agent. From start to finish, she was consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was her support during a difficult situation with a neighbour. It wasn’t a simple issue, but she took ownership, followed things through properly, and handled it in a calm and professional manner. That made a real difference and took a lot of pressure off me. Throughout the entire process, she’s been easy to deal with, proactive, and reliable which, frankly, isn’t something you always get in this industry. She made what could have been a stressful experience far more manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and professional agent.

GoogleWe had a viewing with this estate agents and they were really great. From the moment we rang to book, Karis at the office was great at arranging the viewing with prompt communication and on the viewing Phil was Amazing at showing us around, he was honest and very polite and down to earth. We have had bad experiences in the past with estate agents but we honestly could not fault this one. Property we viewed didn't meet our needs however we would be more than happy dealing with this estate agents in the future. Very good experience Great team 👏 👍

GoogleI had a viewing that I’d confirmed the day of. I showed up on time to the house and after waiting 10 min called the agents. Only to be told that the viewing had been cancelled as of an hour and a half prior to my viewing. No one reached out to inform me they had been cancelled and I and my 18 month old were left waiting in the cold for a viewing that was no longer happening. Having driven all the way out to the house very unhappy with how it was handled and the lack of a courtesy call. With my daughter having additional needs it takes a lot of planning to get out the house smoothly so this was very inconvenient for me.I don’t think I’ll be viewing the property anymore after this experience.
