GoogleIn December of last year, we found out that we needed to move with only 8 weeks notice from our current landlord as he was selling the property. We spoke to a lovely lady called Karis who went above and beyond to meet our needs and assist us.
Not only was she polite and friendly but she was very easy to communicate with and I felt reassured by her.
Considering it was a fairly stressful time given the circumstances, Karis made the whole process easy.
She really was a pleasure to deal with.
Thank you so much!

GoogleMoved into a new property with reeds rains. Sarah was the one dealing with me and was fantastic the whole way through. Had a problem with the sinks and straight away Sarah was on hand to do everything she could to get it sorted for me taking into consideration I have a young child and it wasn't somethin that could be delayed. Within a couple of days the issue was sorted and the contractor they used Dean was also fantastic. I couldn't thank them enough for all the hard work in trying to get the issue resolved.

GoogleKaris has been excellent throughout my house purchase. At times I had some difficulties and Karis was always first to want to help, even when it was something not related to the estate agents. She gave me a top class service and I wish her all the best for the future. :)

GoogleReeds Rains have sold 2 properties for me in Nuneaton, the most recent one in June 2018. Often a stressful process, with Reeds Rains' consistent professional and helpful approach, my house sale was completed with minimum hassle.
Estate agent Phil Jefferies gave knowledgeable and helpful advice, resulting in a swift sale of my house at an appreciable price, making the fee I paid worth every penny.
Karis Griffith kept me up to speed throughout the whole process so I never had to chase up my solicitor or buyer. She was always one step ahead, ensuring everything was being done for a swift completion. All members of staff I had contact with at Reeds Rains mirrored Karis and Phil's friendly, courteous approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI selected Reeds Rains to sell my parents' house in Bedworth, it was sold within 72 hours of going on the market. Phil and Karis will give you a realistic and well-researched evaluation and not some nonsense valuation in order to get you to sign, as is true with most estate agents. I fully recommend Reeds Rains - would never use anyone else in Bedworth!

Her efforts kept the sale progressing and got it past the posts. Couldn't praise enough. Many thanks from all the Green family

GoogleKaris, Sarah and the rest of the team were brilliant during the sale of our house, very communicative and friendly.
We were very unlucky as we had 2 purchases fall through on us but they were very helpful finding plenty of properties for us when we were back on the search.
Excellent and personable service as well as being upfront about fees with no hidden extra costs.

GoogleThe team at Reeds Rains in Bedworth are just excellent. I've just completed an 18 month tenancy managed by them. They were always efficient and responded quickly to any concerns. Correspondence with the landlord was always handled efficiently and there were never any problems.
Sarah is the Lettings Property Manager at Bedworth branch and I can't thank her enough for making the tenancy very straightforward.

GoogleAbsolutely the best service I could have asked for. After being given the task of selling a family members property. Reeds rains were superb from start to finish. Karis kept me informed every step of the way. She supported me as much as possible through a very upsetting time for myself. All tasks were dealt with in a timely manor and any questions I had were answered quickly.

GoogleOver 3 years as a tenant who's property was managed by Reed Rains in Bedworth I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. Sarah Wisdom stayed close to all issues that I had (of which there weren't many) and has always dealt with me on a friendly but professional level. The scheduled property checks that were carried out by Matt were always done in a friendly and sensitive manner (it's obviously not the greatest experience having someone check up on what you're doing so this approach makes it much more bearable), great bunch of people!

GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Reeds Rains and have nothing but good things to say about them.
They were not the cheapest of the agents we saw but we were impressed by their local knowledge and in the end we found them to be good value for money.
The team was very helpful throughout the entire process, responding to enquiries quickly and even chasing on our behalf.
I will use them again should I need to sell a property and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleMy experience with Reeds Rains Bedworth has been excellent, specifically Karis. Karis supported me through a difficult purchase, which fell through due to buyers withdrawing the property from the market. Karis not only supported me professionally through this, she also contacted me a number of times to check that I was OK, and to discuss alternative opportunities.
This shows that Reeds Rains not only works with you professionally but are also conscious of customers as people..... Thank you Reeds Rains..... :)

GoogleI would highly recommend Reeds Rains Bedworth. Andrew who did the valuation was relaxed and friendly and about as far away from a pushy estate agent as you could get, what's more his company and the team really did live up to his promises. Matthew, who did the viewing is a lovely friendly guy who I'm sure is able to quickly build up a rapport with just about anyone. Sarah, who I spoke to on a few occasions was always helpful. But without doubt Karis, who chased up on every query, gave the feedback on every viewing and is generally efficiency personified is absolutely fantastic. They have been worth every penny of their fee!
