GoogleWe’re very helpful and communicative for our house sale and purchase
1/5
GoogleTotal lack of professionalism, lied on the phone that they dropped voice mail and it was untrue. They care less about you or your application. Don't trust them with your application.
Agent replied · 16 June 2024
We’re sorry your application for the property wasn’t successful Adeniyi. Unfortunately, we received several applications for this particular property, and the landlord chose another tenant. We did contact all parties to let them know, so we’re sorry if there was a breakdown in communication and you weren’t aware until you saw the ‘LET’ board go up. If we can help you further in your search for property, please email us on bedworth@reedsrains.co.uk

GoogleA fabulous service throughout I know you pay more but the effort put in by the team makes you see what you are paying for. If you are lucky to have her involved I would like to publicly name Karis Griffith for her exemplory service throughout the whole process. Always on hand to answer questions and queries and that is true of all the staff there but Karis will keep you up to date all the way through and is a credit to the firm. Have no fear of using these guys you deffinately won't be disapointed.

GoogleI just want to say a massive thankyou to karris Griffith and Sarah Wisdom for the service they provided me. Being a first time buyer meant i had a lack of understanding in this field. They continously kept in contact and answered any and all of my questions. Despite recieving an awful service from another solicitors Karris and Sarah both helped me know what was needed next and exchanged communication between myself and the vender in order for to resolve my enquires, by the time my solicitors finally bothered, everything was ready for them. Couldnt recommend this company enough, next time i will be using there solicitors. Lesson learned. Thankyou Karris and Sarah for making this experience as stress-free as you could.
