GoogleHuge thanks to Jake and his team who handled the sale of our house for us from start to finish with professionalism. We live in Australia so needed people we could trust to oversee all aspects of the sale. They did not let us down! Would highly recommend.

GoogleHarvey Palak Harvey has been a delight to work with on our house purchase. He has been polite, friendly and enthusiastic both prior to, and during our viewing. And he has liaised positively between us and the vendor, subsequently encouraging us to submit the offer we had thought fair and justified. No 'hard sell', just doing his job effectively and encouragingly to achieve a result that ensured buyer and seller felt pleased and satisfied with. He is a great ambassador for Reeds Rains. Thank you, Harvey, for your sterling work and friendly approach.

GoogleReeds rain handled my house sale very positively. Selling & moving is a stressful experience & you need good communication & transparency with your agent. Jake & the team provided this & we are very grateful for their friendly and helpful attitudes .

GoogleI am posting this review to help anyone who decide to sell with or buy through Reed Rains in Kenilworth. I am giving two stars for mortgage advise and support given by Jay Singh. Jay was helpful and pleasant to work with. Missing 3 stars is because the branch manager, Jake's bad attitude towards me as a customer and for not being transparent through out the process. In future if I am selling in this area, I would not use Reed Rains.
We always appreciate feedback and try to rectify issues. I am sorry to hear about the disappointment in the service you received, I only wish you contacted us sooner, as this relates to a transaction over 11 months ago, which we could have rectified for you closer to the time. Kind Regards, Jake

GoogleAs I was unaware of the Estate Agents in Kenilworth I chose Reeds Rains to do the valuation on my Mother's house as she had seen a property marketed by Reeds Rains and went to view it. Sadly this was not the property for her, but it did mean we were introduced to Susan Harrison and Jake Bhopal.Susan was pleasant courteous at all times and went out of her way to make the selling experience for me and my Mother very stress free and actually enjoyable! Communication at all times from both Susan, Jake and Megan was excellent. I have to also commend Jake who built the sale around my mother's wishes and did everything he could to ensure she was not bothered unnecessarily. In this day and age where Estate Agents are in a competitive market this is quite a skill. So thank you for a great selling experience and I will definitely be recommending you in the future to all my contacts in Kenilworth.

The best advisor ever! Highly recommended. I will approach Jay again in future for the remortgage of my 2 properties. Brilliant Service! Thanks again Jay :)

GoogleI have been very happy with the service received in the sale of my mother's house. As I live 130 miles away I have been particularly dependent on Reeds Rains for communication. On meeting Jake I was impressed by his professional approach, the information he provided and his local knowledge. Subsequently we communicated by phone or by email. He responded promptly, and regularly kept in touch keeping me up to date with progress. If he wasn't available his colleagues never failed to pass on messages. I felt confidence in Jake's advice and appreciated the personal touch and efficient handling of the sale. I would certainly recommend Reeds Rains in Kenilworth.

GoogleReeds Rains have been helping me to find tenants for my property for the last 4 years. Every step of the way, their professionalism, knowledge and processes have been outstanding. Whenever I have needed a new tenant they have gone above and beyond what I was expecting in relation to the service I paid for. Each tenant is fully vetted and every one has proved to be an excellent choice. It is always worrying when a new tenant is required, but their level of experience and the process that they have in place to find the perfect tenants has been outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for all of the help that they have given me over the last 4 years and would fully recommend their services to anyone seeking tenants for their property. I would particularly like to highlight Sarah Wisdom as the member of staff who has been my main contact - she always returns emails promptly and gives excellent advice regardless of the tenancy subject - a truly fabulous member of the Reeds Rains team and I cannot thank her enough.
