GoogleSo glad to have made the decision to instruct Reeds Rains to market our property. Other agents valued it at an identical figure whilst quoting cheaper fees, but Reeds Rains impressed us as a hard-working, pro-active firm who would provide the best service, and so it has turned out. They generated lots of interest in our property, kept us informed every step of the way, and continued to support us right through to exchange of contracts and completion. Everyone at Reeds Rains has been a pleasure to deal with, and Karis in particular has been massively helpful, contacting solicitors and giving us regular progress updates since the sale was agreed. This is a firm that goes the extra mile and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI'm very glad that I chose Reeds Rains for the sale of my house as they have been fantastic. All of the people involved have been excellent and I would certainly recommend them. A big thank you to Karis who has been my main point of contact throughout and has been keeping me fully informed with a very welcoming manner every time we have spoken . Thanks also to Sarah who works in the office with Karis who I have also dealt with, Matt who did and excellent job with the viewings, and Phil for being very honest and friendly from the start about the service that we received. Well done!

GoogleA fantastic experience buying our first house with Reeds Rains. We have spoken to a couple of members of the team, including Paul who dealt with out initial appointment, and they were all professional and helpful. However, Karis has been in contact with us since we first called to view the property and she has gone above and beyond to help us in anyway she could. She was a major help as we had no idea what we were doing and we are extremely grateful - thank you for all you have done to get us into our first home.

Google"Hi Jay,
I couldn't load a review on the Google format, as I wanted to leave some form of feedback
However my review is below:
Jay Singh has been a fantastic financial advisor and mortgage advisor each step of the way in this process, his advice had been clear and easy to understand.
He is an expert in his field but by no means patronising. We really felt at ease working with him and his speed in getting things done has been a great help to us both.
I would highly recommend his services to anyone else who is going to obtain a mortgage or insurance product. He comes highly recommended.
Best wishes Howard Cox "

GoogleProperty viewings
Harvey Palak was very helpful and took us around to view 3 properties. Throughout the viewings he was very engaging and kept our feedback in mind, which meant that he was able to give us recommendations on what type of property would be suitable for us.

GoogleZara Ali - I am copy-pasting the review for Jay in this e-mail from the review I wrote on trustpilot.
For some reason on Friday I was having problems with uploading a review for Jay on Google
Meeting with Jay Singh
Jay Singh (financial consultant) was very informative and gave us quite a good insight into what processes may be involved in buying a property for the first time.
Thank you for your time.

GoogleLisa, the estate agent from Reeds Rain, did a fabulous job showing me a house in Kenilworth yesterday 7th Jan. She took notes of my questions and was straightforward. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at the top of the house, it became clear that the house was not for me. She acknowledged and understood my reasons. So the fifth star is not there because the house was not for me, but as a professional she deserves 5*****

GoogleI just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to Susan Harrison, Sales Negotiator at the Kenilworth office, for such a pleasant purchase experience.
Susan was my point of contact from initial viewing, throughout the offer stage and has continued to keep me updated during the remainder of the purchase.
Susan was nothing other than efficient, polite, professional and courteous for the entire process.
Many thanks and she is a credit to Reeds Rains.
