GoogleI would like to make everyone aware at just how amazing it was to deal with Karis at Reeds Rains Bedworth. Karis was absolutely amazing and delivered a 10 star service throughout the entire selling journey. Karis chased the chain, kept me up to date and often told me information before my solicitor told me. I would recommend Reeds and Karis to anyone. Thanks Karis for all your help.

GoogleKaris has gone above and beyond with all the help she has given us with the sale of our property and purchasing our new home. A very polite, professional lady who has a wealth of knowledge and who was always willing to listen and guide us when we needed it. Without Karis helping us we would have given up, (and very nearly did when the solicitors were hard to contact) Karis was able to explain to us every detail and stage of the process. We are now looking forward to moving into our forever home which would not have been possible without Karis. A pure gem of a lady with the patience of a saint listening to us whinging and being able to give us 100% reassurance and correct information. Our experience of using Reeds Rains is they are all a really professional team, we would definitely recommend them (and have done). Thank you also to Phil Jeffries who knew exactly what type of property we were looking for and found it for us.

GooglePhil initially came out and was very professional and very easy to talk to. We had a lot of questions as we have not moved in over 20 years and all questions were answered.Karis was a super star from the beginning to the very end and helped us with everything nothing was too much trouble. She was very professional and worked tirelessly to sort out all that needed doing. I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains if you want to sell and buy a house you know the job will get done when Karis is advising and helping you.In the stages of viewing properties we dealt with other local agents and we didn't receive the same level of service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOf the 4 agents I saw when selling my late Mother's house Andy was by far and away the most professional and trustworthy. After instructing Reeds Rains they listed the property very quickly and arranged viewings - two offers over the asking price were speedily secured. Karis followed up efficiently with both sets of solicitors and kept me informed - very handy as my Solicitor was far too busy to ever tell me what was going on or return any of my calls.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Karis Dell was super helpful during the whole process, from beginning to end; providing us with lots of support and advice. It was a pleasure working with Reeds Rains - we'd like to thank the whole team :)

GoogleI would just like to say a huge thank you to the team for all of the their help and support during our house sale. The quality of customer service has been second to none. Karis in particular has been fantastic from beginning to end, answering our questions; big and small, providing valuable advice, keeping us updated, and liaising with all parties involved with such professionalism. We are so grateful to have had her help and support along the way, she has been excellent. A big thanks to Andrew for his support and advice with both tenants and buyers, and to Sarah for her support during our time renting the property. Her patience and professionalism have been greatly appreciated. Over the last couple of years we have worked with the team for house rental, buying, and selling. Their patience, advice, friendliness, and approachability throughout each process has been exemplary. I would highly recommend the Reeds Rains Bedworth team to others, and have already referred several family and friends to them. I hope to use their services again myself in the future! :) Thanks again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHuge thanks to Karis, Sarah and Andrew- Karis for keeping us up to date/prompt communication throughout the purchase, Sarah for her bright cheery personality, it's always a joy to call the office and have her answer the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. Andrew for showing us around the house and for picking things up and chasing even when the office had to shut due to Covid!! I used to be an estate agent so my standards are stupidly high- however I was very impressed with the team and their professionalism. Thank you all!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
