Both Sarah & Andrew were very helpful throughout the whole process let us come in and have a good laugh while also helping fill out the important paperwork saddest thing is now moving away from such a lovely group of people! Definitely recommend most honest and friendly in Bedworth

Myself and partner had a viewing with Rhys G, he was absolutely amazing! We had a viewings previously with shorthand Horne, Rhys out shined all the viewings we had with them. He was very talkative which made me feel very comfortable, very knowledgeable. Very happy with the service given from Rhys. We have put an offer in, fingers crossed all goes well.

From the very start the whole team at Reeds Rains were brilliant, efficient and so helpful with each step of selling and looking for a new home. Karis mainly looked after us during the process and she was excellent, I can't fault anything. Communication at every stage was excellent and really good advice when we weren't sure about something. On top of that so friendly and professional. A big thank you to Karis and all the Reeds Rains team!

Reeds Rains have honestly been the only estate agents, whilst looking to purchase our first home, who have been so accommodating, so polite, so friendly and approachable and I could not have asked to deal with a more lovely team of people to purchase our first home! After speaking to many Estate Agents that sounded like they were not bothered in the slightest, this team were a breath of fresh air! A special mention to Sarah who showed us the property and helped us along the whole process, Karis who dealt with the sale/purchase and was always patient and extremely helpful, and Andrew who accommodated a second viewing. I would 100% recommend Reeds Rains for any purchase or sale and will be sticking with them in the future - I cannot thank you all enough.

I recently purchased a property from Reeds Rains, Bedworth and can honestly say the service was exceptional and second to none especially considering I wasn’t even their client. We decided to use another agent to sell our house however I will not make that mistake again and should we ever move again reeds rains will definitely be the only agent we contact to help us. Karis in particular was amazing. She was on the ball with everything, kept us in the loop with updates and always responded to our queries promptly. I would like to thank all of the team for all of their help and support. It made a potentially very stressful time a lot easier.PositiveValue

Huge thanks to Karis, Sarah and Andrew- Karis for keeping us up to date/prompt communication throughout the purchase, Sarah for her bright cheery personality, it's always a joy to call the office and have her answer the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. Andrew for showing us around the house and for picking things up and chasing even when the office had to shut due to Covid!! I used to be an estate agent so my standards are stupidly high- however I was very impressed with the team and their professionalism. Thank you all!

Karis has gone above and beyond with all the help she has given us with the sale of our property and purchasing our new home. A very polite, professional lady who has a wealth of knowledge and who was always willing to listen and guide us when we needed it. Without Karis helping us we would have given up, (and very nearly did when the solicitors were hard to contact) Karis was able to explain to us every detail and stage of the process. We are now looking forward to moving into our forever home which would not have been possible without Karis. A pure gem of a lady with the patience of a saint listening to us whinging and being able to give us 100% reassurance and correct information. Our experience of using Reeds Rains is they are all a really professional team, we would definitely recommend them (and have done). Thank you also to Phil Jeffries who knew exactly what type of property we were looking for and found it for us.
