GoogleFabulous experience. Rhys in particular has stood out as the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few). He has been on the ball and kept us well informed throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is deserving of a meritorious award for his representation of Reeds Rains. We would highly recommend the Bedworth branch to any potential client based on his efforts alone. Well done Rhys you deserve this. Kindest regards Bryan and Judy Huckvale.

GoogleI recently purchased a property from Reeds Rains, Bedworth and can honestly say the service was exceptional and second to none especially considering I wasn’t even their client. We decided to use another agent to sell our house however I will not make that mistake again and should we ever move again reeds rains will definitely be the only agent we contact to help us. Karis in particular was amazing. She was on the ball with everything, kept us in the loop with updates and always responded to our queries promptly. I would like to thank all of the team for all of their help and support. It made a potentially very stressful time a lot easier.PositiveValue

GoogleReeds Rains have honestly been the only estate agents, whilst looking to purchase our first home, who have been so accommodating, so polite, so friendly and approachable and I could not have asked to deal with a more lovely team of people to purchase our first home! After speaking to many Estate Agents that sounded like they were not bothered in the slightest, this team were a breath of fresh air! A special mention to Sarah who showed us the property and helped us along the whole process, Karis who dealt with the sale/purchase and was always patient and extremely helpful, and Andrew who accommodated a second viewing. I would 100% recommend Reeds Rains for any purchase or sale and will be sticking with them in the future - I cannot thank you all enough.

Rhys was on hand to answer all our questions and keep us informed at each stage of the process and would go out of his way to help. I would definitely recommend the service of reeds rains if you are looking for an agent who is engaging, easy to contact and supportive! Rhys made the whole experience easy, straightforward and stress free and we are very grateful and thankful for his help.

GoogleI cannot praise jake, Lisa and the RR team for the first-class professionalism, determination and care they have shown my Dad and I during a very difficult period. This week we finally completed the sale of my dad's property, which first went on the market in July 2020 following my mum's passing. It first went on sale with a national agency (think Prince & Premier Inn!). It sold on the first day for full asking price. Four months later it was revealed the buyer didn't have a mortgage secured. In December 2020 rwe emarketed the property with a Coventry based agency. Again it sold on the first day for above asking price. Five months later it transpired the buyer couldn't raise sufficient funds! Despite all the challenges of the pandemic it was hard not to find fault with both agents given the absence of due diligence - monitoring the buyers position. In June this year thoroughly disheartened and worried for my 82 year old dad's mental and physical wellbeing - all of this had take a toll. We turned to Jake and Reeds Rains. As you can imagine we were more than a little sceptical of assurances 'they would be different.' In no time at all the house was sold again, but this time the difference in the service we received from Jake and his team was worlds apart from that experienced previously. Consistent communication providing weekly updates on developments. Chasing solicitors and keeping all parties focused on the end goal. All of this achieved during the most challenging of backdrops with Covid and remote working. Jake, Lisa and the team have left a lasting impression and I would highly recommend their services. Courtesy, willingness to go the extra mile and empathy for client circumstances are all hallmarks of their service and after 15 long months finally my dad has some peace - thank you! You made an old man very happy.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have just purchased my first flat and I have to say I couldn't dream about better estate agents. Very helpful and professional from day one. I was informed of every step and all my questions were answered very quickly with a lot of patience, l didn't have to chase anything. I would highly recommend it to everyone and especially first buyers as all team will make this process so much easier. Karis, who was looking after my case is not only very professional but also a lovely person who will help you on every step. I would be lost without her support. I also met Sarah, who called me straight away when keys were ready to collect and a nice gentleman who let me see the flat twice- these people are really nice and always there to help. Thank you so much for everything Karis and the team. You're absolutely the best !!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
