GoogleI cannot really put in to words how highly I rate my experience with Reeds Rains. From the outset when we first made the enquiry, we dealt primarily with Rhys, who showed complete professionalism from the first viewing, where unlike other previous viewings with other EA's, had researched every aspect of the property and was extremely knowledgeable. His support thereafter throughout the sale was faultless, and is a complete credit to the Company.
However, as a company, it's important to note that this level of professionalism was noted throughout, with complete support, rapid and clear communication, and clearly a high level of organisation. Even when Rhys was not available, any other member of staff knew immediately who I was, the property in question, the stage at which we were at etc., and as such there was never a single delay, or point of frustration.
There is genuinely not a single fault I can offer, and would recommend to anyone to utilise them for property dealings.

GoogleWe can’t express enough how grateful we are for these wonderful bunch of people. They helped us find our first home back in 2018, and now in 2022 helped us to sell and find our second home. From the valuation to completion, we couldn’t ask for anything more, nothing was too much for them. Andrew, Sarah and Rhys, thank you all so much for your helpfulness and kindness. If we do ever move again in the future, it will only ever be this team that we choose! 🤍

GoogleDealt with Rhys Goodwin, for negotiations and eventual purchase of a property, through their Bedworth office. Rhys showed an ability to comprehend and express for both parties their clear views and acted in a most professional manner throughout. Contact was well managed and there was no delay in responding to issues that were raised between the parties involved. Admittedly our chain was limited to just the vendor and ourselves but we are very pleased with every aspect of the process that saw us buy the home we wanted from a vendor who has been a delight to deal with.

He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and was able to answer any questions we had about both properties with confidence. We look forward to having more viewings with Rhys.... hopefully, he can find us our dream home.

She has been very helpful, very responsive and friendly, even when I was getting anxious about the move as I am going through a very busy time in my life. It's a great start to what I hope to be my long term rented flat close to work. Thank you!

GoogleAll the staff (Reece, Karis and Sarah) were amazing during our house move. From the moment our house went on the market right up to completion they work extremely hard. They were courteous in showing potential buyers around. They were constantly updating us and chasing up and down the chain once we had sold. . Their hard work was particularly evident as another estate agent in the chain "does not do chasing of Solicitors" and this made it very difficult for us to find out what was happening. Despite this the team at Reeds would contact all the Solicitors and other ahents to get updates. The team were amazing, I can't recommend them enough. We have previously used Reeds Rains and had the same service then. If we ever sell again Reeds Rains would be the only agents we would use.

GoogleFabulous experience. Rhys in particular has stood out as the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with (and there have been a few). He has been on the ball and kept us well informed throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. He is deserving of a meritorious award for his representation of Reeds Rains. We would highly recommend the Bedworth branch to any potential client based on his efforts alone.
Well done Rhys you deserve this.
Kindest regards
Bryan and Judy Huckvale.

GoogleFrom the time Phill came to give us a valuation until the sale was completed, Sarah and the team at Reeds Rains were superb.
Due to a major land registry problem, the sale of our house took much longer than normal and we had several other technical issues to contend over the 8 month period.
The advice and support from Sarah and the team was invaluable during this period for which we can't thank them enough.
We would highly recommend Reeds Rains as they offered us that little bit of extra advice on several occasions when we really needed it. Thanks you all.

GoogleRhys and Sarah were nothing short of fantastic throughout our entire selling/purchasing process. From beginning to end they were there for us through every twist, turn and hurdle! We had a myriad of problems (nothing to do with Reeds Rains) during our process and they did everything in their power to get us over the line. It felt as though they were genuinely invested in helping us get our old property sold and new property bought. The communication was second to none - clear, concise and honest so we always knew where we were at. Rhys' professionalism is wonderful and Sarah's legal knowledge was invaluable throughout. We were unfortunate in that my first buyer pulled out, but Reeds were quick to get it back on the market, viewings booked in and resold within a week - amazing! Due to this, towards the end of our sale/purchase we were on a critical time limit as our mortgage was due to expire. Reeds Rains did everything they could to help us get it over the line before we lost out on our original mortgage offer inevitably savings us £1000s! I am blown away by the personable experience we received. Thank you so much!!!!!
