Having had experience with a number of Estate agents over the years, I can only describe my experience with Reed Rains Bedworth as excellent. From the initial call booking in a viewing to completion, the service I received was second to none. The experience was solely down to Karis Dell at this office - it quickly became apparent to me that I was dealing with an extremely honest, polite and very professional individual who is at the top of her game. The communication I received from Karis was excellent, responding to every single call & email straightway. Where we experienced issues with the chain, Karis took it upon herself to resolve these issues promptly and went above and beyond - even taking it upon herself to complete jobs which were the responsibility of the other agents. I am sincerely grateful to the work and dedication Karis had seeing us through to completion. My experience using this Estate Agent was excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them as your first port of call.

All the staff at Reeds Rains, and especially Karis who we dealt with mainly, have been amazing during the marketing and sales of my late Mum's house. The have showed kindness and compassion at a difficult time for our family, kept us informed and worked tirelessly to get us the sale we needed. I would definitely use them again if the need arose, and thoroughly recommend them to anyone else selling or letting a property.

We recently acted on behalf of our Clients who sold their property through Reeds Rains. Fortunately I had the pleasure of dealing with Karis who couldn’t do more to assist in an exceptionally difficult transaction. In addition, a big thankyou to Sarah for her assistance. Thank you for your continued support throughout and I look forward to working with you again soon.

My experience with Claudia Franco has been amazing. Claudia has always been very responsive, supportive, and helpful. She fully understood our situation last year and really helped us get through the end of our tenancy. Claudia is a great agent and beyond. Will certainly recommend her to my friends and go back for her services in the future.

All my experience of Reeds has been good. Claire did a fantastic viewing with me and totally enthused me about the property. Lisa has kept the purchase moving despite delays between solicitors resolving a couple of issues. And Karis did a great job at the end getting the last details chased up, getting everyone ready to sign, and the purchase completed.
