GoogleI had a time crunch to find a rental property in Leamington Spa and contacted Reed Rains, one of the top real estate agents in the UK. Their staff, especially Claire Brooks and Claudia Franco showed us a fantastic property, explaining everything in a clear and engaging manner. I highly recommend Reed Rains,Claire and their staff; they're the best agents I've dealt with since moving to the UK.

GoogleAs a landlord of several properties, I have often found agents to be slow and uncommunicative. I am therefore delighted to say that Claudia Franco is without doubt the best property manager I have encountered for several years with two or three other agencies. She is efficient, helpful and foresees the things that need doing and does them! When things go wrong with the property, she is helpful and quick to provide possible resolutions. She is unfailingly honest about events and has striven to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I would recommend her highly and would place any new lettings that I acquire with her. She is a star and as such, should be treasured!!

GoogleSpoke with Sarah over the phone. She couldn't be more helpful. Super friendly, even if I don't end up renting through this agency they've definitely started on the right foot. Note to other estate agents - this is how you do it.

GoogleI've just collected the keys for the new flat where I am moving and it was lovely to meet Sarah. She has been very helpful, very responsive and friendly, even when I was getting anxious about the move as I am going through a very busy time in my life. It's a great start to what I hope to be my long term rented flat close to work. Thank you!

GoogleAll the staff (Reece, Karis and Sarah) were amazing during our house move. From the moment our house went on the market right up to completion they work extremely hard. They were courteous in showing potential buyers around. They were constantly updating us and chasing up and down the chain once we had sold. . Their hard work was particularly evident as another estate agent in the chain "does not do chasing of Solicitors" and this made it very difficult for us to find out what was happening. Despite this the team at Reeds would contact all the Solicitors and other ahents to get updates. The team were amazing, I can't recommend them enough. We have previously used Reeds Rains and had the same service then. If we ever sell again Reeds Rains would be the only agents we would use.
