GoogleMy wife and I had a couple of viewings on properties locally with Claire and the experience was exceptional. Claire was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Claire answered all of our questions while giving us time to look around and go through what we wanted. The whole experience made us feel very comfortable and did not feel pressured or pushed into anything. Without a doubt one of nicest house viewing experiences we have had. Would highly recommend Claire along with Reeds Rains from the initial phone call through to the viewings. Thankyou

GoogleClaire showed us around 2 properties in Kenilworth, one of which was, as Claire described, a “wild card”. Claire from the outset was professional, confirming the appointments both by email and calling on the morning of the appointment. Claire was friendly and very knowledgeable of the properties and extremely thorough in showing us around, ensuring we had seen all the property had to offer. Claire was incredibly passionate about the properties we were viewing and her suggestion of the wild card was very much appreciated, what an amazing property this was! Claire was also prompt to follow up personally, something which I have noticed others do not. I think as a vendor, you couldn’t ask for anything more from an agent and as a buyer she made you feel very relaxed and informed when viewing.

GoogleAs a landlord I recently used Reeds Raines in the support of finding new tenants. The process was excellent for both sides and a good match was found quickly and efficiently. The check out, inventory and handover over was excellent with a very high level of attention to detail and care. Claudia Franco oversaw the process end to end. GoogleWe started our relationship with Reeds Rains in 2018 and Sarah has looked after us and has always been helpful. At the start of August we started the process of buying our first home and Reeds Rains recommend that we get in touch with Simon the mortgage advisor. Karis and Rhys in sales who were always there to answer any questions. Their recommended solicitors pushed the purchase through quicker than we would have expected and worked together with Reeds Rains really well. Buying a home with Reeds Rains couldn’t have gone any better.

GoogleMy experience with Reeds Rains has remained positive throughout. Karis Dell has provided excellent customer service since she took over from Lisa due to a change in branches. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had a delay with our buyers vendors near sale completion. Karis did an excellent job chasing things up and liasing with solicitors and estate agents to get matters resolved as quickly as possible and everyone ready for sale completion. Would highley recomend Reeds Rains Estate Agents.

GoogleWe have rented with Reeds Rains for three years in Kenilworth and they were great. Claudia assisted us during the last two years taking care of any issue that needed addressing very promptly (e.g. our oven was faulty and they sent the technician within days! ). They also made check in and check out process very smooth.
