GoogleFirst time buyer, not knowing the process, the team at reeds rains in Bedworth have been instrumental in facilitating and guiding me through the steps, Reds rains have been proactive in keeping us informed every step of the way, no matter what stage the process was at, even when essentially my vibration with them was not there area, but after having a very poor experience with the solicitors, reds rains went fast above and beyond to help gain information and pass on that information to me. As a first time buyer, the stresses was already at a uncomfortable high, but the team here have reassured, comforted and assisted in areas that wasnt there region of expertise. I sincerely can't thank them anywhere near enough for there continued support, and no words can ever begin to express my gratitude during this whole process. If your choosing reeds rains, your already going head and shoulders above expectations, the team here will do everything in there power to ensure your happy, content and understand the steps as you progress your way through the purchase. RHYS - lead my purchase,- for a young gentleman in this field he has excelled at his competency to do his job, and many times going way above and beyond what is to be fairly expected. However Karis and Esta have also been instrumental in assisting, to name a few, with the same care and consideration as Rhys. Not to leave anybody out, I can confidently and honestly say this office and everyone in it, are tremendous at what they do. And you can enter into negotiations knowing you hands a team that care that you get what you want with a easy and supportive team behind you. Thank you to EVERYONE at reds rains Bedworth.

GoogleKaris provided an exceptional service both to me and my purchaser. In particular her assistance to the buyer who had very poor command of English was exemplary; she spent many hours explaining the contract documentation as well as acting as a "translator" to ensure the buyer understood correspondence and emails from her Solicitor. She kept me informed throughout the process and I would happily recommend Karis and the Kenilworth team to prospective sellers.

We cannot fault Karis in the service she has provided so far; her communication is great, even when she's waiting on answers to pass on to us, she lets us know she's still chasing. GoogleHaving first dealt with the Bedworth office over ten years ago to let out a property the service from the lettings team, Sarah, has been outstanding throughout. Deciding to sell the property, there was no doubt I would instruct Reed Rains to oversee the sale. Again, the sales team, Rhys, Karis and Andrew were excellent and communication outstanding throughout the process. Such a great office and team at Bedworth - thank you.
