I would like to put on writing how pleased I was with all the team and in particular Karis, and Reece. Both of these individuals always returned calls and kept me up to date when selling a property as a result of probate. We had tried a previous agent before coming to Reeds Rains and lost valuable time that said when we did decide to move it to Reeds Rains it was placed on the market within 24 hours and we a huge upsurge in viewing numbers and multiple offers despite placing it on at the same price as the previous agent was advertising it at. It’s been a complex case but these staff members have been exceptional !!!

We recently have purchased a property from Reeds Rains Bedworth. The service we received was incredible from the whole team, no matter who we spoke to, we felt heard and understood as first time buyers. However, a special mention to Karis and Rhys who, we felt, went above and beyond for us in this purchase. We couldn’t recommend Reeds Rains highly enough for the service they provide and we would 100% be back, whether to purchase or sell in the future.

I currently rent a property from reeds rains, I’ve never had a problem with them. If anything is ever wrong with the property, they work quickly to get the problems resolved. Sarah and karis are a delight and a fantastic team, it’s always a pleasure to talk to them. They’re amazing!

Karis and Rhys have just completed the sale of one of our properties. To say the service was impeccable is an understatement!! We thought that the sale would be straightforward but it was anything but. Both Karis and Rhys went above and beyond to get the sale through. Would highly recommend using the company for your house sale.

Purchasing a house with karis and Rhys at Reeds &Rains Bedworth I can honestly say a real positive experience from when we put the offer in all the way through to. completition always went above and beyond to fit in with us phoning us to give regular updates so I would not hesitate to recommend them. I know we were the purchasers but I have heard so many really bad things from friends and their experiences with other estate agents but reeds and rains bedworth were brilliant. Big thumbs up from satisfied purchasers xx

Outstanding service in all respects by a superb team led by Phil Jefferies helping us sell a house remotely. Rhys Goodwin did a terrific job introducing us to the company and getting our confidence that they were the right people to deal with. He also made great efforts getting the sale over the line at the end including personally clearing up some last minute issues at the property on exchange. Sarah Wisdom carefully managed several interactions with contractors to fix various issues at the site to help the sale go smoothly and making our job so much easier. Karis Dell made the sale on day 1 on the market and very skilfully negotiated a fair price for us with the buyers. What a great team. Big thanks to all.

Esther at the Kenilworth branch took over our sale/buy process a bit of a way into it. We had a bit of a rocky start to the whole thing (property issues rather than anything to do with the Estate Agent)... but once Esther took over the case, I have to say that I really felt reassured that she was fighting our corner, working hard to move the process along, keeping everybody in the loop, and helping apply pressure to solicitors etc when required. She was always super quick to respond to any queries we had, and worked in our best interests to get what turned out to be quite a tricky scenario pushed through to successful completion. We are very grateful

My experience with Reeds Rains has been exceptional. Esther Moulding from Kenilworth branch has kept in touch with me and advised of the stages we were at right the way through to completion. In the early days of viewings Rhys Goodwin and Karis Dell at Bedworth branch were a great support too. Thank you all for supporting me through the whole process.

We are shortly due to complete on our house purchase - the service we've received from Esther has been superb! She has regularly gone above and beyond her role as the estate agent, proactively chasing solicitors and keeping things progressing as smoothly as possible. I have recently purchased a house through Reeds Raine and this was completed in 10 weeks which is excellent service. I would like to thank Esther for all her help and support her customers service is exceptional dealing with difficult situations calmly to ensure I was left feeling reassured. I have never met Esther but she has definitely made a huge impact on our house move ensuring we were updated every step of the way. The young man who did our house showing was knowledgeable about the house and we were impressed with his knowledge and friendly nature. I have recommended a friend to sell her house through Reeds Raine.
