GoogleRude and unprofessional, I am renting a property through them I asked for a hard copy of my rental agreement and they just ignored me, I have told them I don't want to talk on the phone because of my severe anxiety but they constantly try to ring me up anyway, they don't seem to give a shit about their tenants they even lied to my landlord to make me look like the bad guy.
Agent replied · 14 October 2026
Dear Mr Reid, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. We do not fully manage this property and the landlord has only requested that we assist to renew your tenancy. Your signed tenancy agreement was completed via docusign electronically and therefore you would have been able to download a copy of the completed document. To date we have not received a request by yourself for a copy of the agreement, which we would be more than happy to provide. If you prefer not to be contacted by telephone please feel free to contact us by email.

Googlebest estate agents i’ve ever had - asked for someone to come out to look at my shower that had broken and got a time and date back super fast, really grateful for all the support and they just leave you to get on with it and don’t constantly contact you which is great - been a pleasure dealing with Sarah wisdom and just signing on for another year - thank you

GoogleAmazing service from Sarah , from start to actually moving in this weekend , Sarah has been nothing but brilliant even with hiccups along the way she did everything possible to make our move into a bungalow happen, getting the bungalow will increase my quality of life having mobility issues and struggling with steps so much. Thank you Sarah I feel as though you have been a life saver and now hopefully I won’t struggle as much as I was so will start to enjoy life again Debs, Gary and Jessica

GoogleJust want to say what an amazing experience I've had with Reeds Rain when selling our property. Rhys was great, always professional and always willing to help. We had a bumpy end to the sale (through no fault of Reed) and Karis was genuinely amazing. Without her assistance, perseverance and patience we would never have completed the sale. Thank you so so much! Thank you both. You have been great. Will definitely recommend.
