GoogleWe put an offer in on a house in July and predominantly dealt with Karis & Rhys. The whole process was very drawn out but at every stage both Karis & Rhys went above and beyond in supporting us. Ultimately we decided to pull out of the deal but even then the kind words from both went a long way. It was a real shame that all their hard work didn't materialise in a sale but I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone

TrustpilotDeposit not returned
Moved out of a property over 2 weeks ago, no deposit returned even though full return was authorised by the landlord. No communication from the office, no one replies to emails honestly shocking from all departments. We have even been chased for rent that is not due. Our deposit seems to have disappeared into thin air and no one will get in contact with us from Reeds Rains Didsbury, we are horrified at the whole process with them. We received an email to say our deposit was no longer being protected over a week ago, but it has not been returned to us since it was sent, so where is it? DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENTS

GoogleAll went very smoothly in the sale of my parents' house in Bedworth, and Rhys and Karis kept us updated with information about viewings etc, which were all handled by them as the property was empty. They updated the photos as requested, and also communicated well with our solicitor regarding the sale.

TrustpilotI have both bought and sold through…
I have both bought and sold through Reads Rain Colne. Delena and Fiona were excellent in the communication department. Extremely friendly with it as well. Would recommend.

GoogleI’ve had an amazing experience with Reeds Rains. Claudia has been absolutely brilliant helping me to rent a flat. She was not only professional but very kind and compassionate too. I really can’t thank you enough Claudia. I’ve also been shown around a property by Darren previously who was also very professional and kind. Anyone can learn to be professional but those other things come from inside and are much rarer. I hope your company realise what great employees they have. Thanks again.

GoogleMy partner and I have been working with Darren to purchase our first home. Being naive first time buyers, Darren has been so helpful taking the time to explain things in depth and ensuring we are supported every step of the way. We’ve had a really pleasant experience working with Reeds Rains, thank you for all your help!

GoogleOur rental experience with Reeds Rains has been wonderful. From the very beginning, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and Claudia was always available to help, answer questions, and guide us through every step. We are happy that she will be managing our apartment, we feel in very good hands.

GoogleI have just completed on a very complex apartment purchase and I have to give credit to Sarah Wisdom for going above and beyond. She was easy to contact, always replied and chased when needed. I can’t thank her enough for her commitment and support throughout.

Sold my house with reeds rains i’ve had a bad experience with Reeds Rains in the past so was sceptical about using them again until I met Mel, the manager very professional and warm person when my sale fell through she personally took charge and got us back on track with another buyer we lost no time and soon had a sale

Reeds Rains Reddish are absolutely brilliant, my wife and I sold our house through them and had a bit of a bumpy ride on both our sale and our onward purchase. All of them, but especially Jennifer and Alex were extremely supportive and patient throughout, cannot recommend highly enough
