GoogleAndrew was brilliant dealing with my elderly parents in the sale of their home - very understanding and patient and explained everything they needed to know. Karis and Rhys dealt with the sale and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had a couple of 'bumps in the road' during the process (no fault of Reeds Rains) and they were quick to act and help to sort things out. Proactive, communicative and efficient all the way through - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAwful experience.karis didn't help much. Went through a sale of a house that's was unregistered and wasnt told. The vendor refused to sign last minute.total waste of time and frustrating. Karis also said she will let future buyers aware it's unregistered and still on the market for sale. Trust is so hard to regain.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted in this agency As we went to view a property with this agency made an offer on a property they wasn’t happy with the offer which was fine after they made an offer they was happy with we agreed on a price to learn that they decided to keep on the market get Greedy and take someone else offer so now we down a £1,000 not only that they told us they give us a call back to let us what was happening and they didn’t even have the decency to give us a call back to inform us we got an email off our solicitor wouldn’t trust this agency not only you could lose money wasting your time with this place they don’t even have the decency to contact you to tell you where you stand You won’t find it in my name as was my partners name it’s very recent this so I doubt you forgotten already you know exactly who I am

GoogleKaris and the team have been brilliant throughout the process of selling. It wasn’t all smooth sailing but great communication and going above and beyond to provide assistance made a huge difference when trying to manage the sale remotely. The extra effort was greatly appreciated!

GoogleI went to view a property which all went well at the beginning. I put an offer in a few days later and I was assured it had been put in. When I called back as I hadn’t heard anything, they said there was no record of my offer and said I spoke to a particular person. When reeds rains called back they said they didn’t know who I’d spoken to. Very poor and unprofessional.

GoogleRhys and Karis in the Bedworth office have been so helpful and kind in helping me sell my property. Karis is by far one of the most helpful people i have encountered so far. I am buying and selling both with Reeds Rains and Karis has taken time to go through all the paperwork, both sides, with me and doesn't mind me asking her loads of questions (i hope). It really helped me as i struggle with Dyslexia and the amount of forms to do is sometimes overwhelming. Thank you Karis!

Exceptional service received by all from the very first phone call with Rhys who was extremely helpful and knowlegable through to multiple viewings with Phil & Andrew- nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Super friendly people! Karis the Sales Manager took over from when our offer was accepted, I cannot praise her enough, she has a deep understanding in this field. She was responsive throughout and kept us informed all the way through making the entire process smooth and stress free. She really put us at ease which was what was needed at our age. GoogleWe instructed Reeds Rains to market my sister’s bungalow for sale on behalf of the Executors after she passed away. From the outset and all through the process Andrew and the team have been wonderful and friendly but at the same time have always acted in an extremely professional manner. We live a four hour drive away and it is a worry when you have an empty property on your hands especially through the winter but Andrew was always willing to call into the bungalow when passing to check that everything was OK for us. Once a buyer was secured (for the second time) Karis took over the reins of getting the sale across the line and did a wonderful job for us, always acting in an extremely professional manner. She was always helpful and friendly. We must also give a mention to Sarah and Rhys who were also so helpful. Altogether the whole team did an amazing job for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
