We used RA Bennett recently to sell and couldn’t fault them - great communications, they called or emailed us all the time so we knew what was going on at every stage - we had an offer fall through but the house went back on the market and it didn’t take long to get another offer - I would definitely recommend.

Evesham branch constantly sending me details of wrong type of houses, even though I have emailed them 6 times, spoken to them on the phone and unsubscribed from marketing, but still they send me wrong types of houses. I’ve been told branches are targeted to send so many emails, make so many calls etc a week, so basically they are just spamming their customer base. Ended up blocking their account to spam folder. Would suggest anyone looking to sell a house looks elsewhere, as buyers like me avoid them.
