GoogleSuch a helpful team , we used the evesham branch and are thrilled with the level of help we recieved. Imogen has been so welcoming and friendly and always answers the phone when I needed advice, we found the perfect home thanks to the evesham branch. Cant thank them enough!

GoogleNOT BOTHER WITH THEM !!!!!!!! One of the worst agency and they landlords as well ... leaking roof for two years in the middle of room ... promises promises They need be reported as they not even put through if you report emergency like leaking roof and growing mould !! Not mention about the smell coming from outside cus they cant be bother to speak with a landlord to fix his flats and pipes or anything. Disgraceful! They sound nice but they useless as hell.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing! We sold our property three years ago through RA Bennett’s, unfortunately we had to pull out of the sale but Jenna has dealt with our sale and then the situation with such care that we knew that if we were to sell again, we would definitely go back to them. Three years on and we can finally say we are sold and exchanged and using RA Bennett’s, Jenna, Annabelle and Emma, it really did make the process so much easier. Jenna especially has been a god send, from arranging a lovely gentleman to do the floor plan and photos at our convenience, communicating with everyone in our chain to keep the sale progressing, answering all my many questions and dealing with my stress and especially in getting the solicitors all on the same page and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her! Emma arranged our mortgage quickly and managed to get us a better deal than we even imagined, and had to deal with my stress getting everything sorted for the solicitors and surveys. I really cannot praise them enough! It’s amazing how much these people become a part of your life and as much as I’m glad we are finally here I will be sad not to be chatting to them anymore. I can’t put into words how thankful we are to have had such a great team helping us through.

GoogleExcellent Service We have just sold our house through R A Bennett's and cannot thank them enough for their help and support during this process. From the first meeting, Jenna and her team, Annabelle, Jack and Jordan, have been professional and knowledgeable. I liked that the team visited the house before carrying out viewings, so they could answer all questions from potential buyers. Once the offer was accepted they were still there to to answer questions and chivy solicitors along. We would, and have, recommended them to anyone looking to sell their home, you will be in safe professional hands that go that extra mile at what can be a stressful time.

GoogleSadly, our experience was not great, from start to finish the attitude of staff was disinterest, even when the rental property was dirty on the day we were handed the keys, on the day we left it was thoroughly examined??! Repairs were very slow and we still had a considerable amount of rain coming in after a year of reporting it. There didn’t seem to be any communication as we were asked for the same information by different people. As a rule I am pretty patient but the service we received really made me angry on more than one occasion.The final insult was a four week wait for the return of our deposit despite the property inspection report being prompt and all OK.

GoogleEmma, Amie and the team in the Stratford office were great in finding a buyer for me when I wanted a quick sale. Emma was recommended by family members she had previously helped with sales. Within a few weeks of my property being put on the market I already had three offers. The few small hiccups which we had were resolved without any drama. They were fast, efficient and professional, providing realistic and reliable advice. Also - very friendly and approachable which makes the whole process much easier.

GoogleWe recently had to sell a property and considered 3 local agents. Emma made the decision, as to which agent we used, easy. Her direct and straight forward approach continued throughout the sales process. Not only did she recommend putting it on the market at a higher value than others she achieved it too, and within 10 days. She even impressed our purchaser. GoogleDreadful people..very poor service..on every level...do not use these people..they evidently have an army of friends saying how great they are which is simply not true...doubtless this branch will close...proving what a mendacious lot all these people actually are...they are useless..a loud sounding nothing...the man in charge should be ashamed and exposed as the liar he undoubtedly is

GoogleWe visited RABennet to see Dean Russell, mortgage consultant for countrywide. He initially stayed late to see us as due to work commitments we were unable to get there during normal office hours. Dean remained just as dedicated, friendly, reliable and professional throughout the 10 months that we dealt with him. It was a complicated sale and the purchase wasn't much easier, but Dean was on hand throughout supporting and fighting our corner for us. He gave sound advice and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We couldn't have asked anything more of him as he delivered every step of the way. We recommend Dean to anyone looking for a mortgage and look forward to seeing him again in 2 years to remortgage.
