GoogleWould not use them again. Unprofessional of me to mention names but there was no communication between them, no 1 person dealing with your sale, everyone trying to do everything so consequently very poor customer service. Can’t get hold of them by phone. Gave my keys to my buyer when I had not completed my onward purchase. The list is endless……… caused me a lot of unnecessary stress

I have received a highly professional service including fabulous photographs and write up of my home - the detail included, and interest taken by Sarah, has been second to none. GoogleOur experience was a nightmare. We moved in into a flat left in very poor conditions and we had a lot of issues trying to work with the landlord or the agency or with their collaborators. We moved in during November with no light in one bedroom, reported it immediately, and it took months to have it fixed, while they were trying to blame us for it taking so long. At the end of the tenancy, the landlord tried to bill us for more than £1,100 of “damages” and extra cleaning: a rug that they threw away after they agreed to it, a “missing” bedside unit that we clearly left and took pictures of, a blanket we never saw, damage to a fridge cupboard that was there to start with, and a wobbly towel rail that was ordinary wear and tear. They also pushed for deep cleaning, oven, and carpet cleans even though the place was not handed to us in that condition, but we paid for professional cleaning when we moved out. They even tried to charge for redecoration despite scuffs at check-in and a tenancy of about 3.5 years. We challenged everything and an independent adjudicator agreed with us on every point. Result: £0 awarded to the landlord, which was proof that they were trying to take advantage of us and make us pay for all the things they should have done. Both moving in and out were extremely stressful and frustrating. In short, inflated claims, inaccurate inventories, and pressure tactics. Look elsewhere.

Although we didn’t end up going for the property in the end, Katie was incredibly well-versed, super friendly, and very informative throughout. She took the time to answer all our questions and made the viewing feel relaxed and professional, with no pressure at all. A real credit to the agency, thank you, Katie!

GoogleJust relet the property again after some substantial renovation works over a long period. Connor came in just as the works were finishing. He gave good advice and was pro-active in getting it back on the market finding a suitable new tenant very quickly and helping organise a few last minute items that were necessary. Very happy and a big thanks to Connor and the Stratford team!! From 2021: Highly recommended! Great service from the outset and all the way through from preparing the property to let, through to ongoing maintenance issues. Required works were managed efficiently and effectively.

GoogleIn the process of buying a house, with staff absence at the Evesham branch, we were passed onto the Worcester branch for Caroline to take over our purchase. With the onward chain being difficult and things falling through, and solicitors failing to communicate with us or each other, Caroline was the one person who could not have done more to keep us in the loop, communicate with us, and try her absolute best to keep the sale moving forwards.
